A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Kotobukiya's amazing X-Men Danger Room Sessions Fine Art Statue series cannot be stopped! We've seen a variety of mutant heroes and even some reformed villains battling the holographic dangers in the X-Men training facility, and the latest fan-favorite character to return to the training facility with a new look is WOLVERINE BROWN COSTUME! A nearly immortal mutant with a powerful healing factor and heightened senses, Wolverine was further enhanced by an adamantium-laced skeleton and ultra-sharp claws. Throughout his years with the X-Men he's worn several different costumes, with the brown and yellow one of the most popular with his fans. In all of his incarnations he's served as one of the team's most powerful fighters, honing his skills in the Danger Room. Ever since the early days of Marvel Comics' mutant adventures, 'X' teams have trained together in the ultra high tech facility known as the Danger Room, equipped with state of the art adaptive combat and athletics routines that challenge each participant in unique ways. The training facility has been featured prominently in X-Men comics over the years, as well as in various cartoons and X-Men films. Barely focusing his mindless berserker rage, Wolverine crouches in a combat pose with his claws popped and ready for action. Swapping out his usual blue and yellow, Logan wears his classic brown and yellow costume with flared boots, red X-Men logo belt, and of course the iconic pointed cowl. Balancing on the balls of his feet as he prepares to leap at the next simulated enemy in the Danger Room, Wolverine's entire body is tensed with its rippling physique sculpted in high detail. Logan fans will really appreciate the display options with this version that include two portraits: the masked head is close-mouthed and focused while the bare head unleashes the ferocity with flowing hair and a wild scream! Sculpted by Danger Room veteran Erick Sosa, Wolverine Brown Costume stands nearly 8 inches tall (1/6 scale) as he crouches, and like the other members in the series he stands on a unique Danger Room holographic environment. The new Wolverine stands atop the smashed head of a defeated Sentinel, even more proof of his fighting prowess. Whether you're collecting the Danger Room Sessions statues or are a fan of Wolverine (especially in his brown costume), this Fine Art Statue is the definitive representation of the character!
