From Chronicle Collectibles.In 1993, Universal Studios, together with Steven Spielberg and Stan Winston Studios, changed movie history forever with Jurassic Park. This beautiful film combined the latest CGI technology, exquisite puppetry, incredible locations, and the best talent and staff that Hollywood had to offer all wrapped in one awe-inspiring and terrifying cinema masterpiece. The first few notes of the theme music still bring a smile to everyone's face. These are the memories that Chronicle Collectibles hopes to capture with the Jurassic Park Breakout T-Rex. This 1/20-scale statue features the female T-Rex as she roars in triumph after setting herself free from her pen. The base is inspired by the shape of the T-Rex pen on the map of the park and includes fence posts with what is left of the electrified cables. The lights on top do not light up on this model because, when she breaks free, the power is out. Each of these pieces are individually numbered and will be assigned numerically by the time and date of the order. This is a limited edition run of this one-of-a-kind statue. Ten successful years have passed since Jurassic World was renamed and reopened to the public. InGen's owner, Masrani Global Corporation, is overjoyed with the opulence of the park and continues to pressure the InGen scientists to push for bigger and better attractions. Simon Masrani pressures the park's chief scientist, Dr. Henry Wu, to craft a new dinosaur by splicing DNA from multiple dinosaurs and other animals. Some of the known species that were used by Dr. Wu in the creation of the hybrid dinosaur are Tyrannosaurus rex, Velociraptor, Carnotaurus, Giganotosaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops, and Therizinosaurus as well as modern animals like cuttlefish, tree frogs, and a pit viper snake. The Indominus Rex is the first of two statues based on the final battle in Jurassic World. The bases will align to create the diorama of the battle scene, or the two products can be displayed separately in the dynamic poses designed by Glen McIntosh from Industrial Light and Magic. The Indominus Rex is roughly 30' long and 12' tall on her own, so put together the entire diorama will be about five feet long. And just like in the movie, these light up.* you can relive the moment Tim finds these awesome Goggles in the vehicle shortly before the T. Rex makes her grand entrance. To ensure we got every detail just right, we worked with Universal Studios to measure, 3-D scan, and extensively photograph the original screen-used goggles. The 1:1 Jurassic Park Goggles have lenses that can be displayed in the open or closed position through two sets of inner barrels adjusted by manual control. With the open barrel, you can actually see through the goggles. When using the closed barrel, you will see the iconic crosshair pattern displayed on the outside.
