Comics legend Barry Windsor-Smith brought Robert E. Howard's Conan the Barbarian and the story, 'Red Nailes' to life for the magazine Savage Tales in 1972. Since its original publication, this classic tale has never been faithfully reproduced - until now! Windsor-Smith's famous artwork is reproduced in its original black & white on beautiful art paper for an oversized hardcover book. In addition to the 'Red Nails' story, the book features several articles, as well as 'Cimmeria,' the Robert E. Howard poem, all lavishly illustrated by Windsor-Smith. The separate book plate is printed in full color, reproducing one of Windsor-Smith's best Conan covers from Conan King-Size #1. Limited to 1,000 copies. Dutch text. (immagine)
