A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Tony Stark's hall of armors continues to grow with the latest incredible Iron Man suit ARTFX Statue from the Marvel Studios films. Following hot on the heels of the Mark 43 armor and blasting out of the blockbuster Avengers: Age of Ultron is the IRON MAN MARK 45! Robert Downey Jr.'s iconic Stark has been very busy in the last few Marvel Studios films, cranking out dozens of different armor designs for any eventuality. And after fierce battles and the removal of J.A.R.V.I.S. (now reconfigured into the Vision) from his systems, Iron Man debuted the Mark 45 for the final fight against the evil robot Ultron in Sokovia. Throughout the Iron Man and Avengers film we've seen Tony Stark continue to modify and improve his armors, with Iron Man 3 really showing off the range of possibilities in purpose-built systems. In Avengers: Age of Ultron Iron Man returned to more classically-inspired looks with his armors, first the Mark 43 and now the Mark 45. While they may appear similar at first glance, the two successive armors have lots of differences. The '45' has a familiar shape with segmented armor panels, outer plating revealing technological details underneath, reinforced sections on the torso, shoulders, and thighs, and repulsor units for flight stabilization and energy blasts. This new Iron Man suit stands out from previous versions with an even sleeker form, new designs on the chest and forearm armor, an updated helmet with more expressive eyes, and a first-ever hexagonal Chest Repulsor Transmitter! Iron Man shows off all of these great details in a powerful presentation, standing at the ready with a wide stance and both hands angled to reveal the palm-mounted repulsors. Of course, no matter the upgrades the armor still shines in bright red and gold with additional accents in silver, black, and white. Sculpted by M.I.C., Iron Man Mark 45 stands 12 inches tall (1/6th scale) on a special Avengers logo display base. No Iron Man collection would be complete without this ultimate expression of the armor from Avengers: Age of Ultron, and the Mark 45 looks fantastic alongside previous suits like the Mark 43! The third assistant to Batman after Dick Grayson and Jason Todd, Tim Drake is famous for his detective skills; he actually figured out the Dark Knight's secret identity all on his own. But like those before him Drake eventually emerged from the shadow of the Bat to be his own hero and so became Red Robin, leader of the Teen Titans. That was his role in the New 52 era of DC Comics, and now that incarnation is joining the ever-growing lineup of ARTFX+ Statues! Brilliant and confident, Red Robin points at villains as though saying 'I know all of your secrets!' The young hero is clad in his distinctive costume first seen in the New 52, a complex black bodysuit with built-in red armor panels and reinforced boots. On top of that he wears a black utility belt full of pouches, gloves with yellow accents, a red domino mask, and a yellow and blue chest harness that connects to his jetpack and segmented red cape that allows him to fly. Tim Drake's outfit has a great metallic, glossy sheen that really brings his high tech gear to life, and there are tons of cool details from his defined musculature to the Teen Titans logo on his shoulder, and much more. And despite the cocky grin on his face you know Red Robin means business as he holds his trusty staff at the ready! Sculpted by Naoya Muto, Red Robin stands just over 7' tall (1/10 scale) and like all ARTFX+ statues he has magnets in his feet for extra stability on his included display base.
