He is best known for creator-owned properties such as The Beauty and The Realm published by Image Comics, and The Red Mother and The Approach, both from BOOM! Studios. He is creative director of Ignition Press and the host of the video podcast Curious Haunts. Jason A. Hurley has been in comic book retail for over two decades, but The Beauty was his first foray into making his own. In addition to comic books, he loves pro wrestling, bad horror movies, Freddie Mercury, hummingbirds, his parents, and pizza. While heâ€™s never actually tried it, he also thinks curling looks like a hell of a lot of fun. Hurley claims his personal heroes are Earl Bassett and Valentine McKee, because they live a life of adventure on their own terms. He also claims that he would brain anyone who showed even the most remote signs of becoming a cannibalistic undead bastard, including his own brother, without a second thought. Heâ€™s lived in Joplin, Missouri, for most of his life, and never plans to leave. A former biotechnology researcher, Ema Lupacchino transitioned into comics and has worked on several Italian series, including L'insonne. Alongside her work as a comic book artist, she also illustrated role-playing game manuals. In the North American market, she has worked for many of the major publishers including Marvel, DC, IDW, Dark Horse, Image, and Dynamite on titles that include Wonder Woman, Birds of Prey, Star Trek/Doctor Who, and X-Factor among many others. B. Clay Moore has written comics for virtually every major North American publisher, but is probably best known for his creator-owned comics, including Hawaiian Dick (created with Steven Griffin), The Leading Man (with Jeremy Haun -- currently being developed for film by Netflix), Miles to Go (with Stephen Molnar), The Whistling Skull (with Tony Harris), the upcoming Last Flight Out of Wichita (with Mack Chater), and Bloodland, upcoming from Ignition Press (also with Mack Chater). He lives in Kansas City. Mack Chater is an Eisner-nominated artist from the North East of England with work spanning Marvel, Dark Horse, Image, and European publisher Dargaud. Heâ€™s the co-creator of the Viking epic Sword Daughter (Dark Horse) and is now focused on creator-owned projects, starting with Last Flight Out of Wichita from DSTLRY Books (with B. Clay Moore) and now Bloodland from Ignition Press (again with B. Clay Moore).

Writer/artist Jeremy Haun is a prolific, fan-favorite comic book writer and artist who has worked with numerous publishers and characters, ranging from Batman to Captain America to Spawn, in a career spanning 20-plus years. He is best known for creator-owned properties such as The Beauty and The Realm published by Image Comics, and The Red Mother and The Approach, both from BOOM! Studios. He is creative director of Ignition Press and the host of the video podcast Curious Haunts.
