Victor Engbers is an artist, illustrator and author who lives in Amsterdam. He is the creator of the Awesome Adventures of Captain Danger picture book series, which you should definitely read (if you're not too scared). Captain Danger and the Stupid Shadow is also available from Pushkin Children's Books.David Colmer has won many prizes for his translations, including the IMPAC Dublin Literary Award and the Independent Foreign Fiction Prize (precursor to the International Booker Prize).
