Restored by director of photography Michael Raso in 2010, The Basement is a shining example of '80s DIY cinema inspired by classic horror anthology films of the '70s and featuring elaborate make-up and creature effects by Scott Hart. This set includes 5 films (Basement, Cannibal Campout, Captives, Video Violence 1 & 2) on three DVDs and The Basement feature on a red VHS tape, presented in a classic oversized VHS package.
