Director Guillermo del Toro resurrects Mike Mignola's demon-spawned superhero in Hellboy II: The Golden Army for an epic conflict with an evil elfin prince and his fantasy minions, featuring makeup from Spectral Motion and DDT, and visual effects by Double Negative. Finally, in Hancock Will Smith plays a superhero with character flaws and an alcohol problem in the comedy adventure directed by Peter Berg, with visual effects designed by visual effects supervisor John Dykstra and executed by Sony Pictures Imageworks.
