The huge cone-shaped body is a textural fusion of organic plants and reptile anatomy, covered with highly detailed scales sculpted to perfection! The four thick tentacles projecting from the apex of the cone allow the creature to taste its environment and gather crucial information. In contrast to the hard body surface, the bottom of the cone captures the rubbery fleshy innards of a mollusk. The professor represents another form of the race on earth in present day, and illustrates the scale of the cone-shaped creature reaching an impressive 10 feet in height. The most powerful warrior from the Osaka team, Hachiro Oka, armored in his Hard Suit, famous for scoring 100 points 7 times, is now recreated with overwhelming volume and presence. The production of this complex design utilizes a complex blend of high end materials including Polyurethane Resin, Polystone, ABS, PVC and Soft Vinyl to recreate every detail at a mass production level, and the details and textures of the suit all sculpted digitally, are faithfully recreated capturing the finest details like damage inflicted during his battles! The dreadlock style cords attached to his head have bendable metal wire embedded inside allowing for unique pose-ability and the detachable mask reveals Oka's face nestled inside the helmet just like the iconic film scene, which is sure to satisfy the ultimate GANTZ maniac! The statue was thoroughly supervised by the design team of From Software. The heroic beauty created by the western armor and the elegant stitch work on the surcoat makes him a very classic elite knight. Astora's Straight Sword and Crest Shield weilded by Oscar are sharply sculpted digitally first; then the minute details are sculpted by hand. The chainmail of the prototype seen on the chest, arms and waist was woven and produced in the same way as real armor, just at a much smaller scale. Thoroughly supervised by FromSoftware, all the details of the protagonist 'Hunter' dressed in his Old Hunter set are faithfully sculpted. His 'Saw Cleaver' is armed in his right hand, and 'Hunter Blunderbuss' is in his left hand. The saw can transform into a cleaver just like in the video game. Cobblestones and puddles are recreated on the round base, capturing the video game's world. This statue features the game's unique gothic atmosphere. The sculpture also captures the character's heroic yet subtle posture standing amidst the deadly 'plagued' air of the environment. This 1/6 scale figure stands about 12 1/2' tall. The burnt bones buried in ashes and the coiled sword were traditionally sculpted in clay by Shinya Akao. The complex surging flame was digitally sculpted by YU-KI. As a surprising feature, the flame is lit by inserting the coiled sword into the earth just like in the video game scene. The details really shine from within, lighted by a special flickering LED.
