Chris Burnham is best known for drawing Batman Incorporated with Grant Morrison, where he kinda co-created Bat-Cow and temporarily co-killed Robin. He is less well known for writing and drawing stories in a variety of anthologies, including 2000AD, Creepshow, Heavy Metal, Mystery Manor, The Next Issue Project, Comiculture, Horrorium, and Batman: Urban Legends. Other notable works include Nameless, Die!Die!Die!, Nixon's Pals, and that one issue of TMNT where Donatello was really skinny. Olivia Dufault is a playwright, screenwriter, and comic book writer, whose work includes Year of the Rooster, The Tomb of King Tot, and The True Adventures of Wolfboy. In television, Olivia worked on the shows Preacher and Legion.

He lives in Kansas City. Mack Chater is an Eisner-nominated artist from the North East of England with work spanning Marvel, Dark Horse, Image, and European publisher Dargaud. Heâ€™s the co-creator of the Viking epic Sword Daughter (Dark Horse) and is now focused on creator-owned projects, starting with Last Flight Out of Wichita from DSTLRY Books (with B. Clay Moore) and now Bloodland from Ignition Press (again with B. Clay Moore).
