Kerri’s presence in Dooney Hollow has disrupted the delicate balance the community has with the Butcher, and a sacrifice will have to be made to restore order. Meanwhile, the more Kerri gets to know the town and its people, the more intrigued she becomes by them—and the more afraid that they may never let her leave. She decides to take matters into her own hands, but if her arrival had terrible consequences, what will happen when she tries to escape? Ignition Press’ latest horror five-issue limited series series comes courtesy of writer Jeremy Haun, co-creator of The Beauty and writer of the Ringo-nominated series Murder Podcast, and the art team of Alex Lins (Briar) and celebrated colorist Trish Mulvihill (100 Bullets).

A haunting tale from Stephanie Williams (Nubia & the Amazons) and Letizia Cadonici (House of Slaughter). At the turn of the 20th century, a young Black woman named Etta picks up the tradition of her late mother for creating special medicines using natural ingredients and secrets handed down from generation to generation. Her mother has passed on a book of recipes and formulas, but it’s also full of strange symbols and dark musings that she doesn’t quite understand. Within her community, one of the problems she hopes to fix is counteracting the poisonous and abrasive solutions Black women and girls are sold for straightening their hair. So, when the Meridian Fellowship reaches out and offers her a spot at their institute in Savannah, GA, to use their facilities to do her research, Etta jumps at the chance. She packs up her mother’s book and heads to the sprawling establishment, but what she finds is a place surrounded by natural wonders that may point the way to understanding the more mysterious parts of her mother’s work…if dark forces don’t claim her first.Inspired by the life of Madame CJ Walker, this alternate history combines tradition with cosmic horror for something truly modern and unique. This special variant boasts an exclusive cover by Paulina Ganucheau (Powerpuff Girls)! Stores can purchase one copy of this variant for every 5 copies of Roots of Madness #1 ordered!

If Percival is lucky, his pact with special operative Nox will succeed where he has failed, but Nox herself is in hotter water than either of them realize. As much as she trusts her handler, does she really know who she has been working for? Not to mention that Calaveras has more people after him than just Percy and Nox, as Agent Crayton begins his mission to administer justice on the masked killer. Five years ago, a government supercomputer triggered the Singularity: an explosion of technological superintelligence heralding an unimaginable tomorrow. At least, it almost did. Within moments, a failsafe activated. The plug was pulled. The future was aborted. But something leaked in those first picoseconds, through wire and wave. And now? The future fights back. Inexplicable events. Miracles and monsters. Harbingers of revolution…or apocalypse? Minotaur is the tale of Gloria Monday, a photojournalist documenting the lives of those, like her, who are haunted, tortured, and transformed by outbreaks of the future; along with the no-nonsense ex-military muscle who watches her six, and the reformed tech bro secretly bankrolling their global mission to expose it all. From Simon Spurrier (The Flash, John Constantine, Hellblazer: Dead in America) and Mike Dowling (The Amazing Spider-Man, Unfollow) comes Minotaur, an X-Files for the forward-looking era, with science-fiction ideas ripped from the pages of New Scientist, manifesting among human societies in spooky, unsettling ways.

Val turns the tables and hits the road with Jono in tow... as her hostage. A trip through a reality-altering roadside attraction causes them both to lay their cards on the table and Jono reveals the history of the organization that’s after her, but is he telling the truth? And is he really Val’s hostage, or is this part of a larger plan? A violent confrontation pushes Val to her limits!
