From Kaiyodo. From the popular anime Kaiju No. 8, a giant monster with a fortitude of 9.8 is now available in the Mega Soft Vinyl series! It has been sculpted in a big size of about 21' in total length including the horns. The prototype was created by Nendo Seijin (RYO), who specializes in dinosaur and creature modeling. The simple standing pose of the monster, clenching his fists and facing the enemy, is powerful, and depicts a character with a unique origin. The details of the pitch black body are clearly sculpted, from the scale-like outer skin from the chest to the shoulders, to the unique texture of the shell covering the limbs and flanks, and even the individual muscle fibers peeking out from between the gaps. The paint has also been arranged to make it look impressive in its large size, and the skull-like face and the protrusions along the spine are given a texture with fine inking. From Kaiyodo. From the hit anime Attack on Titan, the protagonist Eren Yeager has transformed into a titan and is now available in Amazing Yamaguchi, under the direction of Yamaguchi Katsuhisa! The unique muscular depiction has been recreated in the figure, and while it is a simple humanoid figure, the character's standing style is faithful to the image in the movie. The power of the densely toned body is further enhanced by careful shadow painting. The shoulder blades can be moved back and forth along with the left and right sides of the divided chest, allowing the arms to open wide and cross deeply. The torso can be flexibly divided while allowing for natural arching and bending. The hip joints combine ball joints and Yamaguchi-style diagonal axes. And the shins can be moved to express the 'flexibility' of the comic by adding joints that are not found in the human body. In addition to the normal gripping hand, the wrist comes with three interchangeable parts: an open hand grabbing powerfully, a half-open hand with natural relaxation, and a hardened fist. From Kaiyodo. The beautiful but eerie mass-produced Evangelion seen in Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion is now a member of the Artpla Sculpture Works model-kit lineup from Kaiyodo! It has a slender yet muscular body, a slimy head, and immense wings (47cm wide!) that are molded in one piece! The simple parts configuration means it's fast and easy to assemble, and it's molded in pearl-gray material, so it'll look like a sculpture if you choose to display it without painting it. It would, of course, look spectacular with paint! The original resin this item is based on was created in 1997; all parts were 3D scanned and converted into digital data to create this kit. The shape of the wing parts has also been fine-tuned from the original prototype.
