Based on its appearance in the Avengers: Age of Ultron, the huge armor looks as if it leapt straight off the screen. Iron Man strides forward to grapple with the green-skinned Avenger, leg pistons cranking and his right arm stretching out to make contact. While the resemblance to the classic Iron Man armor is readily apparent (especially in the bright metallic red and gold color scheme), the Hulkbuster takes it to a whole new level with a towering frame, thick armor plating, and a stout shape. A mercenary who is proficient with any bladed weapon or firearm and yet petrified of death, Wade Wilson underwent a variety of changes when he was injected with an artificial version of Wolverine's healing factor that transformed him into one of the most dangerous heroes, Deadpool! Sculpted in an aggressive combat pose, this 1/6-scale rendition of the boisterous hero stands just over 12' tall. Deadpool stands atop a rusted catwalk base that evokes the atmosphere of a battle inside an abandoned factory plant. The statue also comes with an assortment of the hero's favorite weapons, with holsters for his katanas, three handguns, and the knife he keeps in the sheath on his right leg, as well as interchangeable hand parts allowing him to hold the weapons. Sculpted by Erick Sosa, this finely crafted statue depicts a grieving Wolverine who has escaped from the research facility where he was subjected to Experiment X, a brutal experiment that involved bonding the mutant's skeleton with admantium and erasing his memories. The statue recreates the scene where the fugitive mutant is running down a snowy mountain road after his escape, which is considered to a crucial point in the character's storyline. The diorama base is modeled after the harsh winter environment in the remote area of Alberta, Canada where Department K is located.
