Each of the ships will be between 8 and 11 inches long, and is made of die-cast metal and high-quality ABS materials. The accompanying 16-page magazines profiles each ship and features interviews with the show's creators including Ronald D. Moore. A relic of the Cylon War, the Valkyrie needed constant upgrades to remain useful as a part of the Colonial Fleet. This venerable battlestar was finally destroyed in the Fall of the Twelve Colonies.
