ANOVOS is proud to present Lee 'Apollo' Adama Bomber Jacket from BATTLESTAR GALACTICA. Featured prominently in the final episodes of 'Daybreak', Apollo wears his bomber jacket in the flashbacks which recount the introduction young Kara Thrace to Lee Adama. The history of the bomber jacket transcends BATTLESTAR GALACTICA, going all the way back to Word War I of Second Earth's history. The first jackets were necessary as most airplanes did not have enclosed cockpits. As history progressed the jacket also evolved into many styles, bearing the flight school, nation and patches of choices making it unique to the pilot's experience. With the Lee Adama Jacket, great strides were taken to maintain Lee's unique bomber. From the actual design of the jacket based on the original out of production store-bought jacket in hand, down to the patches used and selectively altered, ANOVOS strove to maintain the integrity of the jacket as seen in the original episodes.
