One of the greatest car chases ever captured on film comes from the 1968 classic, Bullitt, starring Steve McQueen as Frank Bullitt. Running 10 minutes and 53 seconds, the chase begins at San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf area and flies across the city, finally coming to a violent stop outside the city at the Guadalupe Canyon Parkway in Brisbane, California. For those 10 minutes, the real star was the car: the '68 Ford Mustang GT Fastback. Featuring a 325hp V8 engine under the hood and a striking Dark Highland Green paint job, nothing could stop this car or its driver.
