The Groninger Museum Junior Club is a special organization for children ages 7-12 in the Netherlands. The club holds workshops for the children to create art meeting actual artists and holding special exhibits while discovering more about the Groninger Museum and the artwork collection. The museum launched a Qee competition in 2009 that received nearly 100 submissions. The selection committee chose the winning design based on concept and presentation. The winner of this competition was Mathilde Sijtsma, a 12-year-old club member. For winning the competition, Toy2R created limited run of the artist's design as a production Qee and the original DIY Qee is on display in the museum. Categoria: Toys and models
