Like the original TIE Fighter, TIE Interceptors feature a ball-shaped, single-pilot cockpit suspended between a pair of bracing arms, which lead into solar panels that power the spacecraft. Unlike TIE Fighters, however, TIE Interceptors have four powerful laser cannons mounted on the tips of their distinctive, dagger-like wings.
