The world's first series of action figures created by Hasbro, G.I. Joe follows a group of heroes in their fight against Cobra, an evil organization plotting to take over the world. In this new line of 1/7 scale statues, the colorful characters of G.I. JOE are reborn as Kotobukiya's BISHOUJO! The first character to join the series is an agent from the global elite special unit known as the G.I. JOE team, Scarlett! The statue is based on original art by Shunya Yamashita, which was specially created as concept art for the BISHOUJO statue! A counter-intelligence expert who protects her allies from enemy schemes, Scarlett is proficient with a variety of weapons. Scarlett's signature red hair and two-piece bodysuit are recreated in stunning detail. While remaining faithful to the original G.I. JOE series, Scarlett's suit has also been upgraded to represent the advanced, high-tech equipment available to the elite G.I. JOE team, as is evident in the suit's unique and highly detailed texture. Additionally, like the original action figure, Scarlett comes with an XK-1 power crossbow. Created through the power of technology, this high quality digitally sculpted statue leaves no detail untouched thanks to the expert hand of sculptor Takaboku Busujima (BUSUJIMAX). The G.I. These never-before-seen robots are based on a core concept: ever unit will have a basic robot skeleton, or 'Frame,' which is highly articulated and covered in universal 3mm attachment points. The Stylet is comprised of approximately 100 parts, with 30 points of articulation. The GOU-RAI is based on a 'battle tank' motif, with imposing heavy armor and tank treads. The frame features approximately 30 points of articulation, even with the added components. The Gou-Rai's arsenal includes a 120mm Low Recoil Cannon that can be mounted on either shoulder and a tactical knife for close combat. Born Remy Etienne LeBeau in New Orleans and kidnapped into the Thieves' Guild, Gambit had to grow up tough and clever. Of course, his mutant powers also helped; he is able to charge objects with bio-kinetic energy. Gambit keeps an array of items with him that he can use in battle, but his signature weapons are his staff and a seemingly endless supply of playing cards. Despite, or because of, his troubled past and occasional relapses, Remy is one of the most popular characters in the Marvel Universe and an X-Man in good standing. Being a member of the team means that Gambit has seen his fair share of training exercises in the Danger Room. Ever since the early days of Marvel Comics' mutant adventures, 'X' teams have trained together in the ultra high tech facility known as the Danger Room, equipped with state of the art adaptive combat and athletics routines that challenge each participant in unique ways. The training facility has been featured prominently in X-Men comics over the years, as well as in various cartoons and the third X-Men film. Always confident in the face of overwhelming odds, Gambit shows he's ready for action in the midst of a particularly harrowing training session. Garbed in his unique metallic blue, purple, and silver costume, the X-Man stands tall in a battle-ready stance with his signature brown overcoat whipping in the air behind him. Gambit carries his two favorite weapons with his bo staff in his right hand and a trio of playing cards fully energized (via a stunning translucent pink effect) in his left. The mutant hero's sculpt is top notch, bringing to life every element of his clothing and his athletic physique.
