A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! The NSG-25 STRAUSS is the third unit in the Frame Arms series designed by renowned modeler Naoki and a totally unique robot. Somewhat resembling a robotic dinosaur, the Strauss has large reverse-articulated legs, tiny grasping arms, and a long forward-stretching neck ending in a sleek 'head' that can mount weapons. Equipped with spikes and multiple weapon accessories including leg-mounted missile launchers, this robot stands 6 inches tall (1/100 scale) and is comprised of approximately 200 parts with 30 points of articulation. The Strauss can combine with the NSG-12 Kobold (sold separately) to create the incredible Weisheit robot utilizing all of the smaller units' weapons and special features! The second in an extremely limited series of sporting figures from Kotobukiya, the legendary icon of Formula One Racing returns in an all new commemorative Fine Art Statue commemorating five decades since his birth: AYRTON SENNA - 50TH ANNIVERSARY! A hero in his homeland of Brazil and Japan where he competed in some of his most famous races, Senna's career included 41 victories, 65 pole positions, and three world championships. His legacy of philanthropy rivals that of his racing; only after his death behind the wheel during the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix was it discovered that he had donated millions of dollars from his personal fortune to children's charities. Appearing as he did after winning the Brazil GP 1991, Senna stands triumphant with his right hand holding his trophy up in the air. The legendary driver wears his red Honda Nacional driving uniform, intricately detailed with every seam, crease, and sponsor patch. But the details go every further. After that grueling race, in which gear box trouble left him with only six functioning, Senna finished with a numb left arm, and even that is reflected in the statue! Sculpted by Koei Matsumoto and Shinya Akao, Senna's face features an amazingly realistic sculpt, and the Fine Art Statue has been officially approved by the driver's sister Viviane Senna. Senna stands 13 inches tall, and his special base is decorated with the Senna Foundation's 50th anniversary logo and serial number.
