esempio: @author Stan Lee
esempio: @artist John Romita
Jr.
@cover copertinista: cerca solo articoli di questo
copertinista. Per esempio: @cover Alex
Ross
@artista, @editore, @titolo (mentre @cover rimane uguale!)
grammaticalmente simili (Man/Men ad esempio).
articoli presentanti negli ultimi 30 / 90 giorni mentre @mese a quelli
presentati nel mese in corso e @YEAR all'ultimo anno (inteso come "gli
ultimi 365 giorni).
codice a barre.

Suspicion, deception, and delusion blend together as New York Times bestselling cartoonist and multiple Eisner Award nominee Matt Kindt (BRZRKR, Dept. Both Detective Swon and Delphi are unraveling just how intertwined their lives have become, or rather, have been. With Mind Management pulling strings behind the scenes, even our investigators of the improbable aren’t quite sure where the lines between reality and fiction begin or end. Their memories? Their feelings? It could all be misconstrued, artificially created, or, worst of all, genuine. Seems like fate might’ve conspired to bring them together . . . but will the truth be what ends up wrenching them apart?

A BLAST FROM THE PAST! When the animated show Gargoyles burst onto TV screens in the mid-1990s, it immediately gained a devoted following that clamored for more tales about the stony guardians of the night. In 1995, Marvel answered that call with a new series that featured the first comics work of young artist named AMANDA CONNER — and the rest is history! (Or perhaps we should say, legend!) In this title’s action-packed story, workers at a construction site are threatened by a fearsome creature who looks like a Gargoyle, but may be something much deadlier. It’s up to Goliath and his fellow Manhattan Clan members, along with NYPD Detective Elisa Maza, to get to the bottom of the mystery — and keep more people from getting hurt. Written by acclaimed comics scribes MARTIN PASKO and MORT TODD, this first Gargoyles comic book series has never been reprinted in its entirety — until now! Collecting all eleven issues of the original Marvel Comics run, Gargoyles: Classic Years is the first release in a planned three-volume series from Dynamite and Disney that will present each of the long-out-of-print Gargoyles comics titles from the 1990s and early 2000s in beautiful new editions. Featuring a stunning covers from JOE MADUREIRA and JIMMY PALMIOTTI, this debut volume kicks off the series with a bang — don’t miss out! (immagine) Categoria: Books: graphic novels

With a writing resume stretching across the romance, sword-and-sorcery, and Western genres, Denny O’Neil wrote four years of Iron Man — including some of the title’s most sweeping changes. His additional Marvel work includes runs on Amazing Spider-Man, Daredevil and Power Man and Iron Fist, as well as the one-shot X-Men: Heroes for Hope. At DC, his groundbreaking Green Lantern/Green Arrow run earned him four Shazam Awards. He also wrote and often revamped such mainstays as Batman (where he co-created Ra’s al Ghul), Flash, Superman and Wonder Woman, as well as adaptations of classic pulp heroes Doc Savage, Justice, Inc. and The Shadow. During the 1980s, he oversaw the groundbreaking death of Robin (Jason Todd). He has written multiple Batman graphic novels and novelizations, as well as The DC Comics Guide to Writing Comics.Michael Fleisher notched an indelible place in comics history in 1974, writing a series of Spectre stories that were some of the most graphically violent tales ever published at the time. During that time, Fleisher also collaborated with Steve Ditko on Shade the Changing Man, an offbeat hero bearing a reality-altering M-Vest.Multiple Eisner Award-winner Frank Miller broke into the comics business during the late 1970s, landing a choice assignment on the series Daredevil. His work quickly made the title one of Marvel’s best-selling series, as well as establishing Miller as a fan-favorite superstar. During his tenure on Daredevil, he introduced the assassin Elektra, who became a major Marvel character in her own right. After completing his initial run, Miller returned to Daredevil as writer of the acclaimed “Born Again” run with artist David Mazzucchelli; he then collaborated with John Romita Jr. for the Daredevil: Man Without Fear limited series. Miller has also had monumental success with his work on other iconic characters. In 1986, he made a splash at DC with the wildly popular and hugely influential Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, which told the tale of an older Batman still fighting crime decades after his prime. The following year, Miller reteamed with David Mazzucchelli for Batman: Year One, putting a modern spin on Batman’s classic origin story. Miller writes All Star Batman & Robin with artist Jim Lee, continuing to put his distinctive mark on the Dark Knight. Miller has parlayed his talents as a comic-book creator to major success in Hollywood. In 2005, Miller collaborated with Robert Rodriquez to co-direct Sin City, a film that was widely praised by both fans and critics. Two years later, Miller’s 300 met with similar success, breaking multiple box-office records. Miller wrote and directed The Spirit, based on Will Eisner’s classic hero.John Romita Jr. is a modern-day comic-art master, following in his legendary father’s footsteps. Timeless runs on Iron Man, Uncanny X-Men, Amazing Spider-Man and Daredevil established him as his own man artistically, and his work on Wolverine and World War Hulk is among the most explosive comic art of the 21st century. In addition to Eternals with writer Neil Gaiman, JRJR teamed with Mark Millar on the creator-owned Kick-Ass, later developed into a blockbuster feature film starring Nicolas Cage. Spidey fans rejoiced at the artist’s return to Amazing Spider-Man with the “Brand New Day” storylines “New Ways To Die” and “Character Assassination.” He later helped relaunch Avengers with writer Brian Michael Bendis and Captain America with Rick Remender, and contributed to the blockbuster crossover Avengers vs. X-Men. For DC Comics, he drew big-name characters such as Superman, Batman and the Suicide Squad before making a welcome return home to Marvel and Amazing Spider-Man.

Based in Brooklyn, New York, Charles Soule has written novels, comics, screenplays and stories of all types. Also a musician and an attorney, Soule somehow finds time to be one of the busiest writers in comics. Among his Marvel credits are Thunderbolts, She-Hulk and the landmark Death of Wolverine, as well as its immediate follow-up (Wolverines) and its eventual sequel (Return of Wolverine). Soule brought his legal expertise to the pages of Daredevil and assembled a blockbuster squad in Astonishing X-Men. Following solo series starring Darth Vader, Lando Calrissian and Poe Dameron, Soule turned his attention to the iconic rebel crew in a new volume of the flagship Star Wars title, and he was one of the select group of authors chosen to chart the unseen era of the High Republic.A veteran TV writer, Marc Guggenheim has scribed episodes of The Practice, Law & Order and Brothers & Sisters; created the series Eli Stone; and served as a writer/producer for FlashForward and executive producer on the highly successful Arrow. In the world of comics, he came on strong with memorable work on Blade, Wolverine, Amazing Spider-Man and Young X-Men. Subsequent Marvel credits include X-Men, the Secret Wars limited series Squadron Sinister and X-Tinction Agenda, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for All-New, All-Different Marvel.Brazilian artist Luke Ross has been drawing comics since the early ’90s, proving himself an able stylist of super-hero action on titles such as X-Man, Sensational Spider-Man, Green Lantern and JSA. Ross stepped in for Mike Perkins as foil to Steve Epting on writer Ed Brubaker’s Captain America and joined a rotation of Marvel’s top artists on the thrice-monthly Amazing Spider-Man. His other Marvel credits include Secret Avengers, Dark Tower: The Gunslinger — The Little Sisters of Eluria, Star Wars: Darth Maul and Star Wars: Thrawn.Artist Salva Espin worked in animation and video-game design before making his Marvel debut on World War Hulk: Damage Control; he also provided cover and interior artwork for Wolverine: First Class and Incredible Hercules early in his Marvel career. Espin has since been the series artist on Exiles with writer Jeff Parker, Generation Hope with Kieron Gillen and Deadpool with Daniel Way. Acclaimed author and screenwriter Benjamin Percy broke into comics in 2014 with a two-issue Batman story arc in Detective Comics. He is also known for his work on Nightwing, Green Arrow and Teen Titans for DC Comics, and James Bond: Black Box for Dynamite Entertainment. Percy wrote two seasons of Marvel’s Wolverine podcast series: Wolverine: The Long Night, which was listed as one of the top fifteen podcasts of the year by Apple and won the iHeart Radio Award for best scripted podcast in 2018, and Wolverine: The Lost Trail. In print, he was a key contributor to the X-Men’s Krakoan Era as writer of X-Force and Wolverine. Percy blazed a new trail for the Spirit of Vengeance with his deliciously dark revival of Ghost Rider and pitted some of Marvel’s greatest heroes against the iconic movie hunters, the Predators. After the mash-up concept Hellverine proved a smash hit in Percy’s Wolverine/Ghost Rider: Weapons of Vengeance crossover, the writer launched a Hellverine limited series followed by an ongoing series — with Wolverine’s son, Akihiro, assuming the mantle. And Percy was the ideal choice to unite the ultimate odd couple in the pages of Deadpool/Wolverine.Chris Allen made his Marvel Comics debut illustrating the movie tie-in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Prelude, followed by Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp Prelude. His steadily building reputation has seen him take on one-shots including Heroes Reborn: American Knights and Spider-Man: Reptilian Rage, as well as contribute to Marvel’s Voices: Legacy. He later graduated to his first Marvel ongoing series, Miles Morales: Spider-Man. Elsewhere, Allen has demonstrated his artistic range, illustrating dark titles including Tomb of Horror, Warrior Nun Areala and The Last Zombie: The End, as well as the colorful adventures of such iconic characters as Sonic the Hedgehog and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
