In letteratura, troviamo questo tipo di struttura in classici come Le mille e una notte, il Decamerone di Boccaccio o Lo cunto de li cunti di Giambattista Basile. Alessandro Manzoni inserisce nell’intreccio principale de I promessi sposi una serie di sotto-trame e racconti, tra i quali la vicenda della Monaca di Monza è l’esempio più celebre. Umberto Eco, con Il nome della rosa, non si risparmia nello sviscerare la storia dell’abbazia e il contesto storico in cui è ambientata la vicenda. Si inserisce in questa illustre tradizione il “nostro” Tiziano Sclavi, che per i primi Speciali di Dylan Dog aveva scelto di raccontare diverse storie… nella storia. Entrare nelle porte del Samsara significa infatti affrontare tutto ciò che è accaduto e tutto ciò che sarebbe potuto accadere; il Samsara è lo spazio interiore e il fumetto è il mezzo per accedervi. Un romanzo di formazione, visionario, ironico e psichedelico che attesta Wamu, la cui identità è custodita gelosamente, come uno degli artefici della nuova scena. Le sue conferenze sono esilaranti, lui stesso si presenta mascherato, volto da rana bianca che indossa un elegante tight. Figura unica e incatalogabile, Wamu è certamente tra le personalità del fumetto del futuro. Leggere per credere. (immagine)

Comment from Sagata Kick: Since being deeply impressed by Paul Komoda's Bemular when I was a student, I have been following the KAIJU REMIX series. It is a great honor for me to be part of this series that I have long admired! Originally, Gango is a character born from the modification of a Bemular costume, so when creating my version of Gango, I made sure to infuse it with respect for the KAIJU REMIX version of Bemular. For me, my first encounter with Gango was through the shadow play in the opening scene when I was a child, and I remember being quite shocked at the time. The eerie silhouette, the clattering teeth, and the round eyes. To my young mind, it appeared incredibly frightening and became a sort of trauma. It wasn't until I was in university that I finally watched the main series, and I was once again shocked by the stark contrast between the lovable behavior of Gango and the terrifying image I had in my memory. It's the combination of fear and charm-these two opposing aspects-that define Gango for me, and I've put a lot of effort into sculpting this duality. I hope you'll enjoy it when you get a chance to hold it in your hands! (immagine)
