esempio: @author Stan Lee
esempio: @artist John Romita
Jr.
@cover copertinista: cerca solo articoli di questo
copertinista. Per esempio: @cover Alex
Ross
@artista, @editore, @titolo (mentre @cover rimane uguale!)
grammaticalmente simili (Man/Men ad esempio).
articoli presentanti negli ultimi 30 / 90 giorni mentre @mese a quelli
presentati nel mese in corso e @YEAR all'ultimo anno (inteso come "gli
ultimi 365 giorni).
codice a barre.

The assassin returns—and this time, the job gets personal. From Eisner-nominated creators Matz and Luc Jacamon, the legendary French noir series continues with a new chapter that delves even deeper into the cold precision and emotional psychology of its titular hitman. Now operating out of a secluded cabin in the mountains of the South of France, The Killer has developed a straightforward routine: take the job, complete the mission, disappear. But when an unexpected neighbor with her own dark past suddenly disrupts his carefully managed solitude, it becomes the catalyst for a mission unlike any he's taken before. After uncovering a sprawling human trafficking operation with international ties, The Killer is forced to confront not only his enemies, but also the limits of a dangerous quality: The potential to care despite his own detachment.Brutal, elegant, and psychologically razor-sharp, The Killer: Affairs of the State II is a masterclass in striking crime fiction!Collects The Killer: Affairs of the State #1–6.

In 1998, Matz’s hit series, The Killer, with artist Luc Jacamon, made its comic book debut. It became a bestseller that found its way onto the shelves of bookstores in many countries, all the way to the US with Archaia. It was then optioned by Paramount for a movie that has drawn the interest of director David Fincher (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo). Matz has also created a new line of comic books, Rivages/Casterman/Noir, which are adaptations of noir novels. But Matz’s day job for the last 15 years has been to write for the video-game industry, as he has been an employee at Ubisoft. Now in charge of the writing department, Matz has been involved with games such as Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, Prince of Persia, and the Assassin’s Creed series.Luc Jacamon had his first moves in the comics field in 1986. In the following years, he focused on illustration work, however. In October 1998, he published his first album with Casterman publishers. This album, Long Feu, was the first in the series Le Tueur (The Killer), which he created with scriptwriter Matz. This critically acclaimed series, deals with the life and psychology of a hitman, a character different from the stereotypes of detective novels and cinema. After a cycle of five albums, Jacamon and Matz ended their prize-winning series in 2003, and launched the futuristic saga Cyclopes.

He began working as a comic book artist in 1982, working for both Marvel and DC Comics before creating Hellboy, published by Dark Horse Comics in 1994. John is best known as cocreator of Major Bummer and A God Somewhere, both for DC Comics, and collaborating with Mike Mignola. Recent work includes his original seriesRumble at Image and Dead Inside at Dark Horse, as well as Mike Mignola’s Lobster Johnson and Crimson Lotus, also at Dark Horse.TONCI ZONJIC is known for his interior and cover work on titles such as Lobster Johnson, Skulldigger + Skeleton Boy (both at Dark Horse), Who Is Jake Ellis? The Eisner Award–winning superhero saga is back in this earth-shattering dystopian story that’s essential for all superhero and Jeff Lemire fans! From the ashes of Black Hammer: The End comes a new era and a brand-new cast of heroes struggling to survive in a chaotic new world set to destroy them.Following the events of the Second Cataclysm, and the rearranging of the universe, Spiral City finds itself in a new era. Many of its lost heroes have returned, but there is no homecoming parade as anti-superhuman sentiment grows, fueled by recent events, and stoked by Malcolm Gold, the former head of T.R.I.D.E.N.T, now running to become Spiral’s new mayor.Making matters even more dire, Spiral Asylum has been shuttered with many of its low risk, mentally ill superhuman inmates being set loose into the streets of Spiral, specifically the decrepit neighborhood dubbed “Supertown”, an area of four city blocks that were decimated in Anti-God’s recent attacks and has now become an area for a growing population of homeless superhumans with nowhere else to go. With this reshaped Black Hammer Universe as the backdrop, several new stories begin to unfold and intertwine, creating a rich portrait of some of the lesser-known inhabitants living on the fringes of Spiral City…A bold new vision for the Black Hammer Universe by series creator Jeff Lemire and legendary artist Teddy Kristiansen (Superman, Grendel).Collects Black Hammer: Spiral City #1–#7.
