Alessandro Ferrari began writing comics for Disney after he attended a script-writing course at the Accademia Disney in Milan in 2005. He's written adventures for Mickey Mouse, Frozen, Pirates of the Caribbean, Witch, and High School Musical. He also adapted numerous films to the graphic novel format, including Wall E, Up, Alice in Wonderland, Frozen, Zootopia, and Finding Dory. Finally, he's written the most recent comic adaptations of the first seven Star Wars films.Ingo Römling was born in Frankfurt, Germany in 1969. Even before starting school, he learned to read on his father's lap with the comic book Asterix. When he first saw the magazine Heavy Metal as a teenager, he began to dream of one day being a comic book artist. But it would take a few years before that. He first worked as an illustrator, graphic designer and art director for various advertising agencies and record companies. Around 2008, he rethought his goals and joined a German team of zombie apocalypse illustrators and authors called "Die Toten" (The Dead). In 2013, in collaboration with author Peter Mennigen, he published the first volume of the successful series Malcolm Max, about a friendly ghost hunter in Victorian London. In 2014, Römling joined up with the Star Wars saga as an official Disney illustrator. He participated in the comic book adaptation of the TV series Star Wars Rebels and Star Wars Resistance on behalf of Panini. He also illustrated the comic version of the Han Solo adventure Smuggler's Run by Greg Rucka. In 2018, he met Richard Marazano and, the following year, began illustrating the series Chronicles of the Universe (Dargaud ; Europe Comics in English).

Writer Al Ewing began his career on the British anthology 2000 AD. Since breaking into American comics, he has written Jennifer Blood and spin-off series The Ninjettes for Dynamite Entertainment, and the Age of Ultron tie-in issues of Avengers Assemble for Marvel Comics. Reading Dracula at age twelve introduced MIKE MIGNOLA to folklore and Victorian supernatural literature, from which he has never recovered. He began working as a comic book artist in 1982, working for both Marvel and DC Comics before creating Hellboy, published by Dark Horse Comics in1994. What began as a single comic book series would eventually expand to a “Hellboy Universe” of related graphic novels, prose novels, short story anthologies, and both animated and live action films. He also wrote and drew The Amazing Screw-On Head and Other Curious Objects. He has cowritten novels with Christopher Golden (Baltimore, or, The Steadfast Tin Soldier and the Vampire) and Thomas Sniegoski (Grim Death and Bill the Electrocuted Criminal), worked with Francis Ford Coppola on Bram Stoker’s Dracula, was a production designer on Disney’s Atlantis: The Lost Empire, and acted as visual consultant to Guillermo del Toro on Blade II, Hellboy, and Hellboy II: The Golden Army. A new Hellboy film directed by Neil Marshall was released in 2019. Mike’s comics and graphic novelshave earned numerous awards and are published in a great many countries. He lives in Southern California with his wife and a very demanding cat.JOHN ARCUDI has been telling lies since he was a boy. Eventually it became clear that this was the only thing he was any good at. After a stint writing for Marvel, he ended up at Dark Horse, where he wrote, among other things, The Mask. John is best known as cocreator of Major Bummer and A God Somewhere, both for DC Comics, and collaborating with Mike Mignola. He is also known for creating several character designs for Batman: The Animated Series, and for designing the Hellboy logo.DAVE STEWART was born on the high desert to the chatter of a rattlesnake. Despite a rare case of Sasquatch leg and the desire to run with any northbound moose migration, he found the coloring arts were a suitable profession, allowing him to build a moonshine still in the hills of Southwest Portland. His coloring garnered him industry awards, unlike his feverish gathering of dry leaves for winter bedding. And he colors on.
