Lui, come anche gli altri fantasmi che infestano la casa (tra cui un pedofilo che pensa di essere una lampada, una bustina biodegradabile, un bambino, un topo, un formaggio ecc.), non vuole che altra gente muoia in quel posto perché stanno già fin troppo stretti e non desiderano affatto avere un altro coinquilino fantasma. Franz convince Nikki a farsi aiutare nella ricerca del Grande Amore. Così organizzano una serie di appuntamenti, ma tra situazioni imbarazzanti, ridicole e a volte anche pericolose la mala sorte non sembra aver abbandonato la ragazza e dopo una serie di nuove brutte esperienze, Nikki decide di prendersi una pausa dalla sua infruttuosa ricerca per trascorrere un po’ di tempo tranquilla in compagnia del suo nuovo amico fantasma.
