esempio: @author Stan Lee
esempio: @artist John Romita
Jr.
@cover copertinista: cerca solo articoli di questo
copertinista. Per esempio: @cover Alex
Ross
@artista, @editore, @titolo (mentre @cover rimane uguale!)
grammaticalmente simili (Man/Men ad esempio).
articoli presentanti negli ultimi 30 / 90 giorni mentre @mese a quelli
presentati nel mese in corso e @YEAR all'ultimo anno (inteso come "gli
ultimi 365 giorni).
codice a barre.
On October 16, 2013, 437 students, 52 teachers, and 24 additional staff from Bay Point Preparatory High School in suburban Milwaukee, WI vanished without a trace, finding themselves countless light years away in the middle of an ancient, primordial wilderness. One year prior, the school held its first rendition of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream,' on a night that would prove fateful to both the students and faculty, as their lives crossed paths in an almost premonitory way, seeding the various horrors to come. Created and written by James Tynion IV (Batman Eternal) and illustrated by Michael Dialynas (Amala's Blade), 'The Swarm' collects the critically acclaimed second arc (issues #5-8) of the bestselling series. 'If you're not reading The Woods right now, I honestly wouldn't be able to figure out why. This...has all the elements of great storytelling: fleshedout characters whose characteristics act as both strengths and weaknesses, naturally developed motivations and actions, and a monumental main plot that builds momentum with each and every issue.' What's to Love: We've been big fans of Tyson Hesse ever since we first discovered his webcomic Boxer Hockey. After cover stints on Adventure Time and Bravest Warriors, we put him to the test with the tricky mixed-media art style of The Amazing World of Gumball and he just crushed it. Now, we're excited to be working with him on his first original series, a coming-of-age story with a cool fantasy airship twist that fans of Tank Girl, Rocket Girl, or Hayao Miyazaki's Howl's Moving Castle are sure to enjoy! What It Is: Diandra Diesel isn't very good at anything. The daughter of the late Tungston Diesel, she has yet to live up to her father's great reputation. Her childhood rival has inherited control of her family's airship and left Diandra the only job she's qualified for: picking up the trash. But all that changes when a mysterious flying engine crashes into Diesel's life and takes her on a journey through the skies. (immagine) Categoria: Comics

What's to Love: If you loved the 1982 Ridley Scott film Blade Runner, chances are you know it's based on Philip K. Dick's novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? From 2009-2011, we published a 24-issue graphic interpretation of the novel as realized by artist Tony Parker. Now, for the first time, all 24 issues of the Eisner Award-nominated series are collected into one complete omnibus edition, featuring a brand-new cover by Mondo artist Jay Shaw and essays from Jonathan Lethem, Ed Brubaker, Warren Ellis, Matt Fraction, and more. What It Is: San Francisco lies under a cloud of radioactive dust. The World War has killed millions, driving entire species to extinction and sending mankind off-planet. Those who remain covet any living creature, and for people who can't afford one, companies build incredibly realistic fakes: horses, birds, cats, sheep...even humans. Rick Deckard is an officially sanctioned bounty hunter tasked to find six rogue androids. They're machines, but look, sound, and think like humans-and infinitely more dangerous.
