Ancora una volta – come tutti i mesi pari – i numeri ormai mitici e superesauriti di “Rat-Man”, la serie dedicata al celebre personaggio di Leo Ortolani. Questo mese tocca ai numeri 27 e 28 e a due strepitose avventure entrate giustamente nella Top-10 di tantissimi lettori. Stiamo parlando di “Ex-Men” e “La Mummia”, due esilaranti rivisitazioni in puro Ortolani-style di due miti dell’immaginario fantastico. Quali? Be’, se non è abbastanza chiaro dal titolo, il minimo che vi tocchi è comprare l’albo; se invece l’avete capito, be’, pure. Mica vorrete fare senza, no? Senza contare che con “La Mummia” Ortolani realizza un’esilarante team-up con un altro dei suoi grandi successi personali, quel “Venerdì 12” recentemente giunto al capolinea (ma sarà vero...?) e che ha sempre raccolto consensi entusiasti tra tutti i lettori. Questo libro vuole essere un nuovo punto di partenza. Le strisce di A Panda piace nate sul web nel 2008 sono delle strisce nate e pensate per la rete, non per la carta. Per la prima volta in 10 anni, Panda vivrà le sue primissime avventure (aggiungendone di nuove) in maniera del tutto inedita. Giocherà con il fumetto andando OLTRE la vignetta, oltre il formato e, talvolta oltre la carta stessa. Tutte le strisce sono completamente ripensate, ridisegnate e riadattate dall'autore, per la carta, in questo modo sia i vecchi lettori affezionati che quelli nuovi, anche più piccoli, non avranno idea di cosa aspettarsi ad ogni pagina. Un libro-sorpresa in piena regola, con vignette nuove e vignette "rimasterizzate", in cui Panda, finalmente, potrà sbizzarrirsi come più gli aggrada... ...e totalmente a colori, nonostante sia un animale in bianco e nero.
