esempio: @author Stan Lee
esempio: @artist John Romita
Jr.
@cover copertinista: cerca solo articoli di questo
copertinista. Per esempio: @cover Alex
Ross
@artista, @editore, @titolo (mentre @cover rimane uguale!)
grammaticalmente simili (Man/Men ad esempio).
articoli presentanti negli ultimi 30 / 90 giorni mentre @mese a quelli
presentati nel mese in corso e @YEAR all'ultimo anno (inteso come "gli
ultimi 365 giorni).
codice a barre.

From the Eisner award-winning comics creators who brought you Captain Marvel, Bitch Planet, and Wonder Woman: Historia comes this genre-busting, coming-of-age, apocalyptic odyssey about a group of metal kids who face a medley of bizarre foes and encounters in Portland, Oregon during a worldwide pandemic.Riley is a teen that sketches out his heavy metal future with a ballpoint pen between monster movies and band practice. But musical stardom needs to compete with high school, the temper of a former Riot Grrrl mother, the morbid obsessions of a goth sister, and the eccentricities of bandmates that threaten to drive him and everyone around him insane. The balance gets harder after a ritual during a party in Portland's Forest Park causes him to wake up one day to discover that the creatures, witchcraft, and metal world he's obsessed with may be a bit closer to home than he preferred. And if Fee and crewmates Yuri and Tanabe aboard the space junk removal ship Toy Box can’t stop the long-feared Kessler Syndrome as a war in space threatens to spin out of control and fill orbit with an inescapable cloud of debris, humanity may never journey beyond Earth again! Makoto Yukimura was born in 1976 in Yokohama, Japan, and was first inspired by the idea of drawing manga in elementary school, when he encountered Buronson and Tetsuo Hara’s famous Fist of the North Star. While attending college, Yukimura learned manga technique and storytelling by working as an assistant to artist Shin Morimura, a onetime collaborator with Garon Tsuchiya (Oldboy).Planetes was Makoto Yukimura’s professional debut at age 22; before being collected to graphic novel, the story was serialized in Kodansha’s prestigious weekly manga magazine Comic Morning, also home to What’s Michael? as well as titles such as Vagabond and Drops of God. Both the manga and anime adaptation of Planetes won Japan’s Seiun Award for science fiction, a feat that had not been achieved since Hayao Miyazaki’s Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind.In 2005, Yukimura began his ongoing manga epic Vinland Saga, published in English by Kodansha, which in 2009 would be awarded the Grand Prize for Manga by the Japan Media Arts Festival, an official event of the national Agency for Cultural Affairs. Vinland Saga has been adapted into a two-season anime series streaming on Amazon and Netflix, winning the 4th Crunchyroll Anime Awards for Best Drama in 2020.

Continues the story beyond the end of the Eizouken anime!Kanamori may love making money—but no matter the price, she’s not going to sell out Eizouken’s creative vision! It was the trailer they made for Clutch That Machete With Strength! that convinced Sowande, the strong-willed secretary of the Student Council, to approve Eizouken as a campus club at Shibahama High. But Sowande has warned Eizouken all along that if they try to win an audience for their anime outside the school, they risk a collision between their creative freedom as amateur students, and the grown-up world of media and politicians. Now that clash has finally come, as the committee of TV anime pros judging their full-length version of Clutch That Machete With Strength! want its length to be just a bit shorter…meaning, they want the blood cut out of the battle scenes. If their experienced elders in the industry are trapped in a cozy image of what young people’s anime should be, what can Eizouken do to free their minds? There’s more than the three million yen in prize money at stake for Eizouken—if nevertheless they persist, they may find their club disbanded!

Sumito Oowara was born in 1993 in Kanagawa prefecture in Japan. His father’s agricultural school background and involvement in Scouting gave him an interest in nature as a child. Oowara’s parents and older sister both drew, and encouraged his own drawing from an early age. As a young student he was bullied because of his learning difficulties in math and kanji, to the extent he avoided attending classes—until he decided to use his drawing skill as a “means of self-defense,” to assert a place for himself among his peers.A member of his film club in high school, Oowara originally drew Eizouken as an amateur manga (doujinshi). Scouted by Japanese manga publisher Shogakukan at the self-publishing convention Comitia (also where Trigun’s Yasuhiro Nightow began his career), Oowara developed Eizouken into a full-length manga series, making his professional debut in Monthly Big Comic Spirits magazine in 2016.
