Jess Harrold is a British writer and journalist specializing in property law and super heroes, though not usually both at the same time. He has worked for Marvel for more than a decade, contributing extensively to Marvel Spotlight as well as other magazines and books. On the return of Star Wars to the House of Ideas, Harrold wrote celebratory art collections Star Wars: The Marvel Covers, Star Wars: A New Hope — the 40th Anniversary and The Marvel Art of Star Wars. He produced retrospectives of three of the industry’s most popular artists in The Marvel Art of Skottie Young, The Marvel Art of George Pérez and The Marvel Art of Adam Kubert, as well as a visual history of an iconic character with Black Panther: Visions of Wakanda. His books also include The A-Z of Marvel Monsters, The Art of War of the Realms, and more than 15 Marvel Studios art books, commencing with Marvel Studios' Black Widow: The Art of the Movie.

Scott Lobdell wrote both Uncanny X-Men and X-Men during the 1990s. He also launched Generation X and Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix, and penned Alpha Flight and Fantastic Four. Elsewhere, he wrote Dark Horse’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer with Fabian Nicieza, Wildstorm’s Gen13, Top Cow’s Darkness, and IDW’s Ghostbusters: Displaced Aggression and Galaxy Quest. Lobdell scripted Stan Lee’s animated film Mosaic and has performed as a stand-up comedian.A veteran of the American comics scene, Ben Raab has worked both sides of the desk as both an editor — in print and online — and a freelance writer. Some of his more notable writing credits include such pop-culture icons as The X-Men, Green Lantern, Superman, Wonder Woman, Teen Titans, Hawkman and The Phantom. In 2004, he co-created Living in Infamy — a four-issue miniseries about a Witness Protection town for reformed super villains — which was published independently through Ludovico Technique. In 2006, Raab began working in New Media as a writer/web-content producer on such online series as Afterworld and Gemini Division. Since 2008, Raab — along with his writing partner, Deric A.
