Le 12 copertine saranno vere e proprie cover variant della collana The Amazing Spider-Man e riprenderanno copertine iconiche che hanno fatto la storia del fumetto Marvel. La prima di queste copertine, ovvero la cover variant di The Amazing Spider-Man #17, porta la firma di Lorenzo Pastrovicchio, che si è ispirato alla copertina di Jack Kirby per Avengers #4 del marzo 1964.
