A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Kotobukiya returns to the ultra-popular world of Yu-Gi-Oh! with a trio of brand new Ani*Statues celebrating characters in the upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions animated film. Joining other magical young ladies in the series is the citrusy and bright LEMON MAGICIAN GIRL! The card of Light comes to life in a very striking presentation, flying toward you as she seemingly springs right off of her base. The Lemon Magician Girl wears an outfit reminiscent of the other girls, but you can't miss hers with its ultra-bright colors. While her stockings and socks are brown and white, her intricately sculpted and layered boots, top, gloves, and hat are eye-catching yellow with metallic gold trim and tons of additional details like the heart at her waist. Of course the Lemon girl wouldn't be caught without her staff, and her big star earrings match the exploding star effects on her display base! As she flies forward with her wings outspread and her hair curling off to the sides she gives you a big smile and looks straight at you with her huge blue eyes. Sculpted by Tomomi Tsuchiya and Tsukuru Shirahige, the Lemon Magician Girl is nearly 10 inches tall (1/7th scale) catapulting off of her unique Yu-Gi-Oh-themed display base. Created in 1941 by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby to represent opposition to Nazi Germany, CAPTAIN AMERICA combined superhero stories with patriotism and the fight against oppression in the world. From humble beginnings as a physically weak young man, Steve Rogers attempted to join the United States military service to combat the threat in Europe. Recruited into a secret 'Super-Soldier' program, Rogers was given a serum and radiation that transformed him into a paragon of human athleticism. With a red, white, and blue costume and special aerodynamic shield, Captain America burst onto the superhero scene. Throughout his illustrious career Rogers would team up with other heroes and fight alongside the Avengers on multiple occasions. Though he was thought dead at the end of the Civil War storyline, the original Captain America was displaced in time and is destined to return as a member of the Avengers Reborn with Thor and Iron Man! The patriotic American super soldier stands triumphant on the field of battle, a bastion of freedom and democracy standing firm while raising his iconic shield over his head. His uniform and signature look are recreated down to the last detail, with special emphasis paid to the sculpting of Captain America's impressive musculature and the scales of his armored shirt. Cap's classic look is comprised of vivid red, white, and blue, with subtler accents of facial skin tone, and dark leather boots and belt pouches with metallic fasteners. You can display Captain America in two different ways according to your preferences, utilizing either of his included heads: the traditional winged look and World War II D-Day helmet variant! Captain America stands approximately 12 1/2' inches tall (1/6th-scale), with one foot on a rocky stone base decorated with the classic Avengers 'A' logo. The deluxe motif base connects to those of the other members of the Avengers Reborn series, Thor and Iron Man. A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Next up in the amazing X-Men Danger Room Sessions Fine Art Statue series is the renowned Cajun thief and mutant hero GAMBIT! Born Remy Etienne LeBeau in New Orleans and kidnapped into the Thieves' Guild, Gambit had to grow up tough and clever. Of course, his mutant powers also helped; he is able to charge objects with bio-kinetic energy. Gambit keeps an array of items with him that he can use in battle, but his signature weapons are his staff and a seemingly endless supply of playing cards. Despite, or because of, his troubled past and occasional relapses, Remy is one of the most popular characters in the Marvel Universe and an X-Man in good standing. Being a member of the team means that Gambit has seen his fair share of training exercises in the Danger Room. Ever since the early days of Marvel Comics' mutant adventures, 'X' teams have trained together in the ultra high tech facility known as the Danger Room, equipped with state of the art adaptive combat and athletics routines that challenge each participant in unique ways. The training facility has been featured prominently in X-Men comics over the years, as well as in various cartoons and the third X-Men film. Always confident in the face of overwhelming odds, Gambit shows he's ready for action in the midst of a particularly harrowing training session. Garbed in his unique metallic blue, purple, and silver costume, the X-Man stands tall in a battle-ready stance with his signature brown overcoat whipping in the air behind him. Gambit carries his two favorite weapons with his bo staff in his right hand and a trio of playing cards fully energized (via a stunning translucent pink effect) in his left. The mutant hero's sculpt is top notch, bringing to life every element of his clothing and his athletic physique. Gambit's wild hair erupts from the top of his open-faced cowl, while his face captures the character's devil may care smile perfectly. Sculpted by Erick Sosa, the 'Ragin' Cajun' stands 11 inches tall, in perfect 1/6th scale with the other Danger Room Sessions members (Wolverine, Psylocke, and Colossus). Also like them, Gambit is poised on a unique Danger Room holographic environment base.
