esempio: @author Stan Lee
esempio: @artist John Romita
Jr.
@cover copertinista: cerca solo articoli di questo
copertinista. Per esempio: @cover Alex
Ross
@artista, @editore, @titolo (mentre @cover rimane uguale!)
grammaticalmente simili (Man/Men ad esempio).
articoli presentanti negli ultimi 30 / 90 giorni mentre @mese a quelli
presentati nel mese in corso e @YEAR all'ultimo anno (inteso come "gli
ultimi 365 giorni).
codice a barre.

It’s the last day before the showdown, and both Harvey and Trish have to face some hard truths. For Trish, she is starting to see that her brother may not have been the perfect young man she thought he was. For Harvey, it’s that there isn’t as much in his life to settle as he thought there might be. And for both, it’s the very real fact that the town they call home has very little regard for either of them. This penultimate issue sets up everything before the real final showdown begins.
Rated T+
Dave Wielgosz is a comic book writer who was born and raised in Holyoke, Massachusetts, currently living in Los Angeles. Tadd has since been walking the line of independent and mainstream comics, working on various titles while on occasion dipping in and contributing visual elements to film and commercial projects. He is currently collaborating with writer Dave Wielgosz and the amazing Ignition Press team, providing interior line art on their new creator-owned series Showdown.

FINAL ISSUE. Time’s up! Let the rumble begin! Trish came back home and told Harvey to get his affairs in order, because the two of them were going to settle their grievances with violence. Two will enter, and as far as they are both concerned, they don’t care if neither of them leaves! Read the bloody and emotional conclusion to 2026’s best crime comic. Showdown has established writer Dave Wielgosz (Man-Bat) and artist Tadd Galusha (Bubba Ho-Tep) as major talents, and this brutal finale will only cement that reputation.

A poignant coming-of-age graphic novel about an Egyptian American girl grappling with college, her family, and the political realities of her wider world.Anisa is following in her sister Reem’s footsteps: She’s a freshman at her sister’s alma mater, she’s on the same premed track, and she’s inherited Reem's old hotpot, mini-fridge, and textbooks. Even though Anisa would prefer to study art, her parents discount that as a valid career choice. The path laid out before her starts to crumble as Anisa feels she doesn’t belong—either in her organic chemistry class or among the other Muslim students on campus. When Anisa fails her first semester, she begs her parents to let her take time off to visit Cairo and stay with her beloved grandfather. Finally free to have her own experiences, Anisa begins a journey of self-discovery and, as she bumps up against familial, societal, and religious expectations, she starts to develop her own artistic voice. When Anisa returns to the United States, many of these expectations shift, but she learns to draw on the love of friends and family—including those she’s often at odds with—in order to stay true to herself.
Sherine Hamdy is a medical anthropologist who teaches courses on comics, Middle East culture, and literary anthropology at the University of California, Irvine.
