From Tokyo Ghoul, which gained popularity with its serialization in Weekly Young Jump and hit it big with anime adaptations in 2014 and 2015, the half-ghoul protagonist Ken Kaneki joins the ARTFX J lineup. Kaneki, who throughout his experiences and struggles in the story comes to accept himself as a ghoul, has been sculpted in a bold, dynamic pose. The distinctive mask that hides all but his kakugan and reddish-black glowing kagune that protrude from his back give him a chilling presence. The more flamboyant Kurama wears his famous costume, a white under suit with green cuffs, green shoes, and a green tabard with floral motif on a blue background, red trim, and yellow belt. Calm in the face of supernatural danger, Yusuke's ally stands at ease with his feet cocked and knees slightly bent. Kurama's bright green eyes highlight his mischievous expression while his trademark long red hair flows down his back and points up in small spikes. The master of vegetation can be displayed with different arm configurations so that he holds a rose or prepares to strike with his signature thorn whip!
