The craftsmanship in this piece continues from the sculpting to the painting. Unlike other pieces which follow the pattern of a simple base coat with shading. ARTFX Premier re-evaluates the standards for figure painting. Each individual piece of the statue is layered with several types of paint, giving the finished product an unprecedented sense of beauty and depth. With these techniques in mind, Kotobukiya's craftsmen imagined what kind of materials may come out of the realm of Asgard to create the unique paint job on Thor's metal and leather armor, which transforms in color depending on the angle as it catches light. Measuring just under 3.5 centimeters (1.5') in length, the statue's face is meticulously crafted and full of photographic lifelike detail. The statue comes in sophisticated packaging overflowing with elegant details, including a marble inspired motif as well as an original illustration based on the figure. A mercenary who is proficient with any bladed weapon or firearm and yet petrified of death, Wade Wilson underwent a variety of changes when he was injected with an artificial version of Wolverine's healing factor that transformed him into one of the most dangerous heroes, Deadpool! Sculpted in an aggressive combat pose, this 1/6-scale rendition of the boisterous hero stands just over 12' tall. Deadpool stands atop a rusted catwalk base that evokes the atmosphere of a battle inside an abandoned factory plant. The statue also comes with an assortment of the hero's favorite weapons, with holsters for his katanas, three handguns, and the knife he keeps in the sheath on his right leg, as well as interchangeable hand parts allowing him to hold the weapons. Kotobukiya has introduced the latest installments in their stylish Devil May Cry series as Dante and Nero are joining their line of ARTFX J 1/8-scale statues. Nero's character is perfectly captured as aims his signature double-barreled pistol Blue Rose, a provocative look on his face. The statue is expertly crafted to showcase every realistic detail, from the metal buckles on his outfit to the folded sleeves of his coat. Nero'ssignature weapons, Blue Rose and Red Queen are also faithfully recreated, and Nero's Devil Breaker arm, a new addition to the franchise in the 5th installment, is also on display, crafted with the same level of care and detail as the rest of the statue!
