Inspired by H. Rider Haggard's She, Sheena paved the way for a host of other jungle queens to follow. Sheena has transcended comics to television and film. One of the most endearing and enduring portrayals of Sheena was by Irish McCalla in the 1955-56 TV series. This statue is our tribute to the character, her comic roots, and the actress that made her real for the postwar generation. Sculpted and paint mastered by Joy and Tom Studios. On sale Sept 26 8' tall $79.99 The Starks are an ancient house, whose ancestral castle Winterfell was built thousands of years in the past. Winterfell, is located in the center of the northern province of the Seven Kingdoms, on the Kingsroad that runs from King's Landing to the Wall. Beneath Winterfell lie the Stark family crypts, ancient final resting place of the line. The crypts are guarded by carved dire wolves, an unusually large and intelligent species of wolf represented the family's house sigil. We have worked with the production team of Game of Thrones, facilitated by HBO Licensing, to reference the actual prop from the series as the basis for a sculptural set of polystone bookends. Dark Horse Deluxe is joining in the fun by creating a special series of limited-edition statues of vintage Peanuts characters. Inspired by 'syroco' sculptures that were popular in the 1930s and 40s, the ten new statuettes from Dark Horse are designed and manufactured in a style consistent with the earlier figures. Last month we offered the first statue in the series, Charlie Brown, and this month we feature the second statue-bossy, crabby and selfish Lucy Van Pelt.
