Her short skirt was specially crafted with translucent plastic covered in thin layers of paint to create a nearly transparent effect, further adding to her ethereal look. Celestia's book is removable, and she sits upon an included green flocked base. She also comes with Lassi the popular 'Spirit King' in an all new sculpt.
