Celestia's skimpy clothing leaves little to the imagination, and shows off her well-proportioned body. Her short skirt was specially crafted with translucent plastic covered in thin layers of paint to create a nearly transparent effect, further adding to her ethereal look. One of Baelgard's four guardians, Xecty is an artificial life form created by Hiruda from Celestia's genetic material.
