It turns out that there is more to that fateful rendezvous than the malicious rumor mill would have you believe—enough complicated human sexuality that an academic-minded Tricia might even include it in her book!• Series finale!

As both writer and artist, Archie Goodwin (d. 1998) got his start in comic strips and cartoons before moving to Warren Publishing’s Vampirella — and from there to Marvel, where he eventually succeeded Gerry Conway as editor in chief. He has been credited with saving Marvel from financial ruin, with Roy Thomas, by securing adaptation rights to the legendary Star Wars franchise, perceiving its potential long before later merchandisers. He created both Marvel’s Graphic Novel line and its Epic Comics imprint — where, as editor, he occasionally appeared in caricature as alien, elf or other. At DC Comics, he guided the destinies of Batman and Starman; one of his most memorable bodies of work was his collaboration with Walter Simonson on the “Manhunter” backup feature in Detective Comics, which won five Shazam Awards.Alfredo Alcala (1925-2000) earned stardom in the Philippines’ comic-book industry with his 1963 series Voltar. Following stints at DC Comics and Warren Publishing, he moved to Marvel and penciled runs of Conan the Barbarian, Star Wars and other licensed titles. Leah Williams is an American writer from Oxford, Mississippi. She’s currently writing Gotham City Sirens for DC Comics and previously, DC’s Power Girl. Her work for Marvel Comics includes X-Terminators, X-Factor, The Amazing Mary Jane, Gwenpool Strikes Back, and more. Leah has also written nonfiction articles and essays for The Atlantic, Oprah Magazine, and Salon. Voyeur is her first original comic series.David Baldeón has been drawing comics since 1999. Apart from the occasional storyboard (Nacho Vigalondo’s 2007 Timecrimes) and animation work (layout, key layout, and key BG artist; director; and coordinator of storyboard and concept design teams), most of his work is in U.S. comic books. Leah Williams is an American writer from Oxford, Mississippi. She’s currently writing Gotham City Sirens for DC Comics and previously, DC’s Power Girl. Her work for Marvel Comics includes X-Terminators, X-Factor, The Amazing Mary Jane, Gwenpool Strikes Back, and more. Leah has also written nonfiction articles and essays for The Atlantic, Oprah Magazine, and Salon. Voyeur is her first original comic series.David Baldeón has been drawing comics since 1999. Within her community, one of the problems she hopes to fix is counteracting the poisonous and abrasive solutions Black women and girls are sold for straightening their hair. So, when the Meridian Fellowship reaches out and offers her a spot at their institute in Savannah, GA, to use their facilities to do her research, Etta jumps at the chance. She packs up her mother’s book and heads to the sprawling establishment, but what she finds is a place surrounded by natural wonders that may point the way to understanding the more mysterious parts of her mother’s work…if dark forces don’t claim her first. Inspired by the life of Madame CJ Walker, this alternate history combines tradition with cosmic horror for something truly modern and unique. All the B variants for the series will feature a cover by series artist Cadonici and colorist Alessandro Santoro!

Stephanie Williams is a research scientist turned prolific comic writer. She’s best known for bringing Nubia back to relevancy for DC Comics with Nubia and the Amazons and Nubia: Queen of the Amazons. Stephanie has worked on titles like Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur: Wreck and Roll, My Little Pony, Alien: Black, White, Blood, and many more. She has two recently announced upcoming releases, Street Sharks with IDW Publishing and the highly anticipated graphic novel adaptation of The Raven Boys. Letizia Cadonici is an Italian comic book artist born in Rome, in 1991. She worked for many Italian comic book publishers, mostly as a horror/gothic artist. Today she works for the US industry, for BOOM! Studios (House of Slaughter, The Neighbors, Hello Darkness) and for several others. She currently works on the new series Minor Arcana by Jeff Lemire (BOOM! Studios), on the Department of Truth spin-off by James Tynion IV (Image Comics), and on upcoming TBA series with Mad Cave Studios.
