Dark Horse Deluxe is proud to announce, in partnership with HBO, a forthcoming limited-edition sculpted bust of the character Daenerys Targaryen, portrayed in the television series Game of Thrones by Emilia Clarke. She is depicted with a newly hatched baby dragon on her shoulder, recalling the striking closing scene of season 1. Sculpting was executed at Gentle Giant Studios. The statue will be a hand-numbered limited edition (edition quantity to be determined). The base design is an elaborate tapestry element from the opening sequence designed to mimic old carved wood. Peanuts Worldwide is letting us go back to the original look of the character, but with a modern spin forward the main characters in a special, limited-edition series of colors.
