Ande Parks has worked as a comic book artist and writer for more than three decades, on such titles as Superman, Daredevil, Wonder Woman, The Lone Ranger, and Ant-Man. He is best known as an artist for his long stint on Green Arrow, with frequent collaborator Phil Hester and writers Kevin Smith, Brad Meltzer and Judd Winick. Parks' bold style garnered him nominations in both the Harvey and Eagle awards.As a writer, Parks won acclaim for two historical fiction graphic novels, ‘Union Station’ and ‘Capote in Kansas’, which was named a Notable Book by the state of Kansas. Kay Healy grew up on Staten Island, a borough of New York City. She studied art history at Oberlin College in Ohio, then went to art school to learn printmaking and book arts at UArts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. When not making books, Healy draws, screen prints, and sews fabric soft sculptures in her studio. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, two daughters, two cats, and one dog.
