A veteran TV writer, Marc Guggenheim has scribed episodes of The Practice, Law & Order and Brothers & Sisters; created the series Eli Stone; and served as a writer/producer for FlashForward and executive producer on the highly successful Arrow. In the world of comics, he came on strong with memorable work on Blade, Wolverine, Amazing Spider-Man and Young X-Men. Subsequent Marvel credits include X-Men, the Secret Wars limited series Squadron Sinister and X-Tinction Agenda, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for All-New, All-Different Marvel.Canadian artist Kaare Andrews has made a name for himself in the comics industry as both a writer and a stylistically flexible illustrator, working with pencils, inks, paints and computer graphics. Born in Manitoba and raised in Saskatchewan, he attended school in Alberta and later moved to British Columbia. Hooked on comics in his early childhood by titles such as Marvel’s G.I. Joe and X-Men, Andrews embarked on a lifelong quest to become a comics professional. He started with independent comics before moving up to larger publishers such as Image, Wildstorm and Marvel. Joe Kelly broke into Marvel in 1997, adding his own style of irreverence to Deadpool and turning the title into a cult sensation. After runs on Daredevil and X-Men, Kelly departed for DC Comics, where he delivered award-winning work on Action Comics and Superboy. He subsequently returned to Marvel, collaborating with the “Spider-Man Brain Trust” and penning several memorable arcs on Amazing Spider-Man. Kelly combined the two Marvel characters with which he is most closely associated in the riotous team-up series Spider-Man/Deadpool. Along with several fellow comic creators, Kelly established Man of Action, the studio that has produced the Ben 10 animated series.John Romita Jr. is a modern-day comic-art master, following in his legendary father’s footsteps. Timeless runs on Iron Man, Uncanny X-Men, Amazing Spider-Man and Daredevil established him as his own man artistically, and his work on Wolverine and World War Hulk is among the most explosive comic art of the 21st century. He later provided inks for Tom DeFalco’s Spider-Girl titles and Thunderstrike miniseries.His place in Marvel history assured when he helped introduce Deathlok in the pages of Astonishing Tales, Rich Buckler also penciled several storylines in Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-Man — along with runs on Jungle Action’s Black Panther, Fantastic Four, Thor and other monthly titles, as well as Roy Thomas’s miniseries Saga of the Sub-Mariner and Saga of the Original Human Torch. Buckler’s 1970s DC work includes Lois Lane, Secret Society of Super-Villains and World’s Finest, as well as the groundbreaking Superman vs. Shazam. During the 1980s, he and Thomas collaborated on All-Star Squadron. He worked in the barbarian and horror genres for both Marvel and DC, illustrated Archie’s Mighty Crusaders, and contributed to black-and-white magazines for both Marvel and Warren Publishing. He was editor of the short-lived Solson Publications and wrote two books on comic-book art.
