esempio: @author Stan Lee
esempio: @artist John Romita
Jr.
@cover copertinista: cerca solo articoli di questo
copertinista. Per esempio: @cover Alex
Ross
@artista, @editore, @titolo (mentre @cover rimane uguale!)
grammaticalmente simili (Man/Men ad esempio).
articoli presentanti negli ultimi 30 / 90 giorni mentre @mese a quelli
presentati nel mese in corso e @YEAR all'ultimo anno (inteso come "gli
ultimi 365 giorni).
codice a barre.

Sin-A-Rama celebrates the forgotten world of erotic paperbacks from the 1960s, when sex acts were described with code words, writers used pseudonyms, and publishers hid behind mail drop addresses. The bizarre glories of cover artists Robert Bonfils, Gene Bilbrew, Eric Stanton, Paul Rader, Ed Smith, Bill Ward, and Doug Weaver are seen throughout in lurid color, while Earl Kemp, the notorious Greenleaf Books editor, provides an insider's perspective, profiling famous and little-known co-workers. Also, in 'My Life as a Pornographer,' science fiction legend Robert Silverberg divulges how he and other famous authors learned their craft and earned their keep pounding out softcore sin. This collection of glossy shots marks the second anniversary of the near-legendary eponymous website founded by Missy Suicide to promote her own pin-up photography, and to make a place where women could 'be themselves.' Packed with over 150 full-color photos coupled with the model's personal diary extracts, this large format book offers an intimate glimpse at Scarlett, Flux, Fractal, and the rest of the pierced, tattooed, leather-'n-lace-lovin' gang of SuicideGirls. Journalist and writer Pamela Klaffke, author of Spree: A Cultural History of Shopping and herself an avid collector of cute since she was a child, takes readers on a rainbow-and-unicorn-filled journey through cute culture, from its origins in Japan where teenaged girls help drive the 'cute' economy, to its modern-day manifestations in the bubblegum-colored careers of performers like Katy Perry. The book also delves into the fanatical world of cute creators and collectors, the psychology of nostalgia, and the phenomenon known as creepy/cute. (immagine) Categoria: Books: novel/sci fi/horror

by Stephen J. Gertz Featuring a Foreword by Annie Nocenti! While we now enjoy this exploitative genre for its campy kitsch, gloriously bad writing, and outlandish misinformation, drug paperback books were once a transgressive medium with a perversely seductive quality. Dope Menace collects together hundreds of fabulously lurid and collectible covers in color, from xenophobic turn-of-the century tomes about the opium trade to the beatnik glories of reefer smoking and William S. Burroughs' Junkie to the spaced-out psychedelic '60s. (immagine) Categoria: Books: novel/sci fi/horror
