Boldly Go! When you make a movie based on one of the most beloved and admired entertainment franchises of all time, every detail matters. In the case of J.J. Abrams' Star Trek, some amazing concepts were considered before the release, right down to the movie poster itself. Quantum Mechanix offers some of those amazing movie poster concepts in thematic sets of four 18' x 24' prints. This first set focuses on retro, WPA-style themes that were explored early on, when the movie's release date was still scheduled for December 2008. Some of the most popular and famous comic book artists from both sides of the Atlantic have contributed to these limited edition prints, portfolios, and bookmarks. Popular comics artist John Bolton painted 'Blue,' a haunting watercolor from 1994, printed on white paper stock, measuring 12' x 15', and signed and numbered to an edition of 350.
