As the town continues to deal with the aftermath of Darkness Von Shock's reign of terror, a new team of instigators arises: hotheaded brothers who Becky lovingly refers to as the Diaper Twins. They lead the town in blaming Sunny and her parents for all the issues Shock City still faces. Milo is enraged that the Diaper Twins have scapegoated the Von Shocks, but then Becky convinces Milo and Sunny to blow off some steam and play a few harmless pranks on the twins. Little do Milo and Sunny know Becky's setting her own plans in motion, plotting to bring back an old friend even more sinister than ol' Darkness Von Shock himself.

Comic artist, writer, and character designer Aaron Alexovich's first professional art job was building hideous children for Nickelodeon’s Invader Zim. Since then, he’s been building hideous children for various animation and comic projects, including Avatar: The Last Airbender, Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, Disney’s Haunted Mansion, DC’s Fables, Kimmie66, Confessions of a Blabbermouth, Stitched, the Lovecraftian horror/comedy Eldritch! (with art by Drew Rausch), IT’S NOT SCARY!, and three volumes of Serenity Rose. He also worked on the Zim comic series and movie. (Don’t let Jhonen plant explosive chips in your brain, kids!)Aaron was born and raised under seventeen beautiful miles of ice in Chicago, Illinois, but currently lives in Southern California, where the bright light makes him sneeze for mysterious reasons.

When the Comics Code forced EC Comics to abandon its popular horror and crime titles, EC launched a “New Direction” in hopes of attracting new readers. Among the new titles were two medical dramas, M.D. and Psychoanalysis, which were competing in a rapidly changing media landscape, increasingly dominated by television.
