esempio: @author Stan Lee
esempio: @artist John Romita
Jr.
@cover copertinista: cerca solo articoli di questo
copertinista. Per esempio: @cover Alex
Ross
@artista, @editore, @titolo (mentre @cover rimane uguale!)
grammaticalmente simili (Man/Men ad esempio).
articoli presentanti negli ultimi 30 / 90 giorni mentre @mese a quelli
presentati nel mese in corso e @YEAR all'ultimo anno (inteso come "gli
ultimi 365 giorni).
codice a barre.

Writer Ryan North went the self-publishing route to launch his comics career with Dinosaur Comics, which has run for more than 2,000 web-based strips. He describes it as basically the best job ever. In 2012, he was tapped by BOOM! Studios to write its new Adventure Time series based on the popular cartoon. His Marvel debut came in 2014 when he penned the Young Avengers chapters of Original Sins. North propelled an unlikely character to solo title success with the Eisner Award-winning series The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl and took Lockjaw solo in the pages of Inhumans: Once and Future Kings. He rewrote the Shakespeare rulebook with Romeo and/or Juliet: A Chooseable-Path Adventure.Chip Zdarsky became well-known as the artist of the award-winning Sex Criminals and the writer of Kaptara, both from Image Comics. Howard the Duck was his first Marvel series, soon followed by books including Marvel 2-in-One and Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man. Now one of the leading writers in comics, Zdarsky has wowed readers with his Daredevil run; limited series such as X-Men/Fantastic Four, Spider-Man: Life Story and Spider-Man: Spider’s Shadow; and creative covers including his “How to Draw” variants.Canadian writer Jed MacKay has built an extensive list of credits at Marvel — including such titles as Edge of Spider-Geddon, Infinity Wars: Ghost Panther, Daughters of the Dragon and Man Without Fear. His career caught fire in 2019 with Black Cat, a character-defining phenomenon. MacKay has built on that success with his highly entertaining take on Taskmaster; a high-profile relaunch of Moon Knight; and Death of Doctor Strange, which led Clea to become the new Sorcerer Supreme in Strange. With his profile continuing to rise, MacKay took on two of Marvel’s biggest titles, Avengers and X-Men, while helming his first big crossover event in Blood Hunt.Frank Tieri entered the early part of the new century as writer on diverse titles such as Wolverine, Iron Man and Weapon X. His Hercules limited series cast the Avenger as a reality-TV star reliving his twelve trials, continuing the lighthearted legacy of Olympus’ favorite son. Tieri’s Underworld and Civil War: War Crimes explored the effects of the heroes’ registration fight on Marvel’s criminal element. World War Hulk: Gamma Corps followed the next generation of gamma-irradiated superhumans as they sought to kill the Hulk. And Dark Reign: Lethal Legion charted the crash-and-burn exploits of an ad hoc team of bad guys as they vainly sought to topple Norman Osborn from power. Tieri, whose Marvel credits also includes New Excalibur, explored Weirdworld in the pages of Black Knight.Acclaimed author and screenwriter Benjamin Percy broke into comics in 2014 with a two-issue Batman story arc in Detective Comics. He is also known for his work on Nightwing, Green Arrow and Teen Titans for DC Comics, and James Bond: Black Box for Dynamite Entertainment. Percy wrote two seasons of Marvel’s Wolverine podcast series: Wolverine: The Long Night, which was listed as one of the top fifteen podcasts of the year by Apple and won the iHeart Radio Award for best scripted podcast in 2018, and Wolverine: The Lost Trail. In print, he was a key contributor to the X-Men’s Krakoan Era as writer of X-Force and Wolverine. Percy blazed a new trail for the Spirit of Vengeance with his deliciously dark revival of Ghost Rider and pitted some of Marvel’s greatest heroes against the iconic movie hunters, the Predators. After the mash-up concept Hellverine proved a smash hit in Percy’s Wolverine/Ghost Rider: Weapons of Vengeance crossover, the writer launched a Hellverine limited series followed by an ongoing series — with Wolverine’s son, Akihiro, assuming the mantle. And Percy was the ideal choice to unite the ultimate odd couple in the pages of Deadpool/Wolverine.Rainbow Rowell writes books about adults (Attachments, Landline), about teenagers (Eleanor & Park, Fangirl) and, whenever possible, about lovesick vampires and guys with dragon wings. (The Simon Snow Trilogy). She has ventured into the comic-book field, with her first graphic novel, Pumpkinheads, and a hugely enjoyable reinvigoration of Marvel’s teen heroes, Runaways. Rowell lives in Omaha, Nebraska.R.B. Silva is a Brazilian artist who built his reputation at DC Comics on titles including Superboy, Red Hood and the Outlaws, World’s Finest and Action Comics. For Marvel, he has worked on War Machine, Spider-Man and the X-Men, Nova and the James Patterson adaptation Max Ride: Ultimate Flight. Silva’s Powers of X collaboration with writer Jonathan Hickman established him as a comics superstar, a status confirmed by his subsequent work on Fantastic Four and Captain America: Symbol of Truth.Italian artist Valerio Schiti’s first work for Marvel Comics was “Sacrifice,” a short story appearing in 2011’s Ghost Rider #1. He has since illustrated Journey into Mystery, featuring the Asgardian warrior goddess Sif, with writer Kathryn Immonen and New Avengers with Jonathan Hickman. Schiti subsequently went cosmic with Brian Michael Bendis on Guardians of the Galaxy, upgraded the Armored Avenger with Dan Slott in Tony Stark: Iron Man, drew the blockbuster event Empyre and joined Al Ewing to send Marvel’s mutants into space in S.W.O.R.D.Artist Andrea Broccardo quickly found his feet at Marvel on projects including Kanan and the “Amazing Grace” storyline of Amazing Spider-Man. His work hit the big leagues in the high-profile event tie-in book Civil War II: X-Men, and he has illustrated multiple Star Wars projects, including Star Wars: Doctor Aphra. He has also worked on Marvel’s foray into another iconic sci-fi galaxy in the pages of Alien.Cory Smith is forging a reputation as a Marvel mainstay on high-profile books such as Avengers, Conan the Barbarian and Guardians of the Galaxy. After stints on titles Weapon H and Nova, as well as one-shots featuring the heroes of the Star Wars “Age of Republic,” Smith joined writer Benjamin Percy on a deliciously dark relaunch of Ghost Rider and then Ryan North on Fantastic Four.Artist Humberto Ramos made his American comics debut in 1994 with DC’s Impulse, featuring the Flash’s brash grandson. In 1998, Ramos launched the creator-owned Crimson under Wildstorm’s Cliffhanger imprint, illustrating the title for more than two years. He then moved to Marvel, becoming one of the most recognizable and innovative talents in comics. Seamlessly blending both Eastern and Western styles, the artist’s artist has worked on many of Marvel’s most iconic characters — including Spider-Man, Wolverine and the X-Men — in addition to a run on the fan-favorite Runaways. Ramos brought his kinetic artwork to the pages of Extraordinary X-Men and Champions, as well as a magical collaboration with Skottie Young on Strange Academy.Michael Dowling proved his skills on the UK comic book institutions 2000 AD and Judge Dredd Megazine, and is now winning fans across the Atlantic at Marvel. In addition to Black Cat, he has illustrated Amazing Spider-Man and the limited series Jane Foster and the Mighty Thor.Multitalented Geoff Shaw is a professional sequential artist, sculptor, concept designer and illustrator. He has enjoyed a fruitful professional relationship with writer Donny Cates on God Country for Image Comics and Thanos for Marvel. They renewed their collaboration on Guardians of the Galaxy and Image’s Crossover. Before working on the final arc of writer Benjamin Percy’s Wolverine, Shaw illustrated the incendiary Ghost Rider/Wolverine: Weapons of Vengeance crossover, introducing the smash-hit mash-up Hellverine.A relative newcomer to Marvel Comics, Gabriel Guzman has electrified fans with his stints on Cable, as well as All New Savage She-Hulk. Prior to joining Marvel, he worked extensively on Avatar Press’ Lady Death and War Angel.Elena Casagrande, a graduate of the International School of Comics in Rome, began her career as artist David Messina’s assistant, kicking off a long relationship with IDW Publishing that has seen her work on such series as Star Trek, The Ghost Whisperer, Angel, Infestation and True Blood. Casagrande’s Marvel credits include Marvel Heartbreakers, Spitfire, Ultimate Spider-Man and Hulk.Well regarded as a modern master of the macabre, artist Kyle Hotz is best known for his uniquely creepy art style. Mike Carey is a British writer whose work spans comics, novels, radio, film and TV. His comic work for Marvel includes long runs on X-Men Legacy and Ultimate Fantastic Four, as well as the Spellbinders and Sigil miniseries. Having written five Felix Castor novels and (as Adam Blake) two mainstream thrillers, his most recent book is the post-apocalyptic coming-of-age story The Girl with all the Gifts. His feature-film and TV-series work includes a movie adaptation of Jonathan Trigell's novel Genus.Mark Millar is the New York Times best-selling writer of Wanted, the Kick-Ass series, The Secret Service, Jupiter’s Legacy, Nemesis, Superior, Supercrooks, American Jesus, MPH and Starlight. Wanted, Kick-Ass, Kick-Ass 2 and The Secret Service (as Kingsman: The Secret Service) have been adapted into feature films. His DC Comics work includes the seminal Superman: Red Son. At Marvel Comics, he has written The Ultimates, selected by Time magazine as the comic book of the decade; the acclaimed Wolverine saga “Old Man Logan;” and Civil War, the industry’s biggest-selling series in almost two decades. Millar has served as producer and executive producer on previous adaptations of his works and, following the purchase of his Millarworld comic line by Netflix in 2017, remains the company’s president. For his services to film and literature, he received the prestigious honor of being made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by the Queen in 2013.Artist Jae Lee made a name for himself on Marvel’s Namor the Sub-Mariner, his gothic style a stark departure from traditional comic art. After a short X-Factor arc, Lee decamped to the newly formed Image Comics — illustrating the Youngblood Strikefile and WildC.A.T.s Trilogy miniseries, and introducing his own creation in Hellshock. In 1998, he won an Eisner Award for his distinctive work with writer Paul Jenkins on the Marvel Knights series Inhumans. He and Jenkins reteamed in 2000 for Sentry, the multilayered tale of a deliberately forgotten Silver Age hero. Continuing his Marvel Knights work, Lee illustrated Grant Morrison’s Fantastic Four: 1234, an arc of Captain America and the Hulk/Thing: Hard Knocks limited series. After drawing an arc of Ultimate Fantastic Four, Lee was tapped to lend his distinctive style to Marvel’s adaptations of Stephen King’s Dark Tower novels.Artist Greg Land first gained notice with his work on DC’s Batman-family titles Nightwing and Birds of Prey. Moving to Marvel after illustrating CrossGen’s Sojourn, he drew Phoenix: Endsong. Next up was a run on Ultimate Fantastic Four that included the first rendering of the Marvel Zombies. Subsequently, Land penciled the blockbuster limited series Ultimate Power before becoming a regular artist on Uncanny X-Men. He subsequently drew a trilogy of Symbiote Spider-Man limited series with writer Peter David.

Dan Slott has built a loyal fan base by combining old-school fun with stories and characterizations friendly to new readers. Following his run on She-Hulk, Slott moved into the upper echelon of Marvel writers, launching Avengers: The Initiative and taking the reins on Mighty Avengers from Brian Michael Bendis. When Marvel gave Spider-Man a fresh start in 2008, Slott was one of several rotating writers on the thrice-monthly Amazing Spider-Man. Slott became the writer most closely identified with the web-slinger’s “Brand New Day” era, and the title hit the “Big Time” when he took over as full-time writer for a decade-long run. Slott has also turned his talents to other iconic Marvel heroes — including soaring the spaceways with Silver Surfer; helming Tony Stark: Iron Man toward Iron Man 2020; and masterminding the glorious return of Fantastic Four, leading to his long-awaited “Reckoning War.” In 2022, Slott made his way back to the Spider-Verse, teaming with legendary penciler Mark Bagley on Spider-Man and introducing the sidekick sensation Spider-Boy. Christos Gage sold his first screenplay in 1997 and has been working steadily ever since; he started writing comics in 2004 with DC’s Deadshot miniseries, featuring the sharpshooting antihero from Suicide Squad. He then began co-writing Avengers: The Initiative with Dan Slott, which led to him becoming the sole writer on the book and its successor, Avengers Academy. His additional Marvel credits include Civil War: Casualties of War, House of M: Avengers, Iron Man, Union Jack and World War Hulk: X-Men, as well as a prominent run on X-Men: Legacy.Fred Van Lente has been a comics fan as long as he can remember, initially hooked by his father’s copy of Jules Feiffer’s landmark anthology The Great Comic Book Heroes. Van Lente joined Syracuse University’s comic-book club and met artist Steve Ellis, with whom he created indie super-crime comic The Silencers. That work got noticed by Marvel, where Van Lente was soon hired and introduced a heroic new Scorpion in Amazing Fantasy. Since then, the versatile Van Lente’s many Marvel assignments have included three New York Times-best-selling entries in the Marvel Zombies series, as well as Amazing Spider-Man, Incredible Hercules, X-Men Noir, Iron Man Legacy, Chaos War, Herc and Alpha Flight.Artist Giuseppe Camuncoli made his Marvel Comics debut in 2002 on Spider-Man’s Tangled Web. His subsequent Marvel credits include the limited series X-Infernus, which re-established Illyana Rasputin as a central character in the X-Universe. He later helped launch Wolverine’s son into his own title with Daken: Dark Wolverine, and teamed with writer Dan Slott on Amazing Spider-Man and Superior Spider-Man. Camuncoli illustrated the entire 25-issue run of writer Charles Soule’s Star Wars: Darth Vader.Artist Humberto Ramos made his American comics debut in 1994 with DC’s Impulse, featuring the Flash’s brash grandson. Ramos brought his kinetic artwork to the pages of Extraordinary X-Men and Champions, as well as a magical collaboration with Skottie Young on Strange Academy. The pencils of Ryan Stegman first gained rave reviews in the Marvel adaptation of Raymond E. Feist’s Magician Apprentice and Riftwar. The popularity of his work there led to assignments on Incredible Hulk, Marvel Adventures Spider-Man, Incredible Hercules and She-Hulks. With writer Christopher Yost, he launched a new incarnation of Scarlet Spider; with Dan Slott, he shocked fans with Superior Spider-Man; and with Gerry Conway, he offered a different take on the wall-crawler and his family in Amazing Spider-Man: Renew Your Vows. Stegman’s other Marvel credits include Wolverine, Inhuman and Uncanny Avengers as well as his smash-hit run on Venom.Italian illustrator Stefano Caselli broke into American comics during the early 2000s with work on titles including Marvel’s Mutant X and Thunderbolts. He enhanced his reputation on series such as Avengers: The Initiative, Secret Warriors and Avengers Assemble before playing a key role in the rotating art team on Dan Slott’s Amazing Spider-Man and joining Jonathan Hickman on Avengers. Caselli collaborated with Brian Michael Bendis on a groundbreaking Invincible Iron Man run featuring Riri Williams as a new armored hero, and joined Gerry Duggan on the seafaring X-series Marauders.
