esempio: @author Stan Lee
esempio: @artist John Romita
Jr.
@cover copertinista: cerca solo articoli di questo
copertinista. Per esempio: @cover Alex
Ross
@artista, @editore, @titolo (mentre @cover rimane uguale!)
grammaticalmente simili (Man/Men ad esempio).
articoli presentanti negli ultimi 30 / 90 giorni mentre @mese a quelli
presentati nel mese in corso e @YEAR all'ultimo anno (inteso come "gli
ultimi 365 giorni).
codice a barre.

Acclaimed author and screenwriter Benjamin Percy broke into comics in 2014 with a two-issue Batman story arc in Detective Comics. He is also known for his work on Nightwing, Green Arrow and Teen Titans for DC Comics, and James Bond: Black Box for Dynamite Entertainment. Percy wrote two seasons of Marvel’s Wolverine podcast series: Wolverine: The Long Night, which was listed as one of the top fifteen podcasts of the year by Apple and won the iHeart Radio Award for best scripted podcast in 2018, and Wolverine: The Lost Trail. In print, he was a key contributor to the X-Men’s Krakoan Era as writer of X-Force and Wolverine. Percy blazed a new trail for the Spirit of Vengeance with his deliciously dark revival of Ghost Rider and pitted some of Marvel’s greatest heroes against the iconic movie hunters, the Predators. After the mash-up concept Hellverine proved a smash hit in Percy’s Wolverine/Ghost Rider: Weapons of Vengeance crossover, the writer launched a Hellverine limited series followed by an ongoing series — with Wolverine’s son, Akihiro, assuming the mantle. And Percy was the ideal choice to unite the ultimate odd couple in the pages of Deadpool/Wolverine.Chris Allen made his Marvel Comics debut illustrating the movie tie-in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Prelude, followed by Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp Prelude. His steadily building reputation has seen him take on one-shots including Heroes Reborn: American Knights and Spider-Man: Reptilian Rage, as well as contribute to Marvel’s Voices: Legacy. He later graduated to his first Marvel ongoing series, Miles Morales: Spider-Man. Elsewhere, Allen has demonstrated his artistic range, illustrating dark titles including Tomb of Horror, Warrior Nun Areala and The Last Zombie: The End, as well as the colorful adventures of such iconic characters as Sonic the Hedgehog and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Multiple Eisner Award-winner Frank Miller broke into the comics business during the late 1970s, landing a choice assignment on the series Daredevil. His work quickly made the title one of Marvel’s best-selling series, as well as establishing Miller as a fan-favorite superstar. During his tenure on Daredevil, he introduced the assassin Elektra, who became a major Marvel character in her own right. After completing his initial run, Miller returned to Daredevil as writer of the acclaimed “Born Again” run with artist David Mazzucchelli; he then collaborated with John Romita Jr. for the Daredevil: Man Without Fear limited series. Miller has also had monumental success with his work on other iconic characters. In 1986, he made a splash at DC with the wildly popular and hugely influential Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, which told the tale of an older Batman still fighting crime decades after his prime. The following year, Miller reteamed with David Mazzucchelli for Batman: Year One, putting a modern spin on Batman’s classic origin story. Miller writes All Star Batman & Robin with artist Jim Lee, continuing to put his distinctive mark on the Dark Knight. Caselli collaborated with Brian Michael Bendis on a groundbreaking Invincible Iron Man run featuring Riri Williams as a new armored hero, and joined Gerry Duggan on the seafaring X-series Marauders.Spanish artist Javier Garrón studied architecture before his work on webcomics and blogs got the attention of DC comics. He went on to draw Batman Eternal, Infinite Crisis: Fight for the Multiverse, Batgirl: Future's End and more. Garrón made his Marvel debut with Cyclops in 2014 and enjoyed a string of successes — on titles including Secret Warriors, Star-Lord, Ant-Man and the Wasp, the Secret Wars tie-in Inferno and Miles Morales: Spider-Man — before his extensive collaboration with Jason Aaron on Avengers.Sure, Dale Keown’s first work for Marvel came on the not quite illustrious Nth Man, the Ultimate Ninja – but that wouldn’t be the title for which he would earn his richly deserved reputation as one of modern comics’ most exciting stylists. That honor would go to his run on Incredible Hulk – where, paired with writer Peter David, he would help take the gamma-irradiated character’s title to the zenith of its popular and creative acclaim. Keown left Hulk following a phenomenal three-year run to head to Image, where he created the memorable Pitt comic and character. Since then, he has contributed art to The Darkness (Image) and re-teamed with Peter David on the one-shot Hulk: The End.

Eisner Award-winning writer Greg Rucka is the author of nearly a dozen novels — seven featuring bodyguard Atticus Kodiak and three featuring Tara Chace, the protagonist of his Queen & Country comics. He has also penned several short stories, countless comics and the occasional nonfiction essay. In comics, he has written stories featuring some of the world’s best-known characters — Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman — as well as creator-owned properties such as Whiteout and Queen & Country, both published by Oni Press. His work has been optioned several times over, and his services are in high demand in a variety of creative fields as a story doctor and creative consultant.New York Times best-selling author Mark Waid has worked for every major company in the comics industry in a nearly three-decade-long career, writing thousands of issues, including runs of Amazing Spider-Man, X-Men, Ka-Zar and Fantastic Four. His other works of note include his collaboration with painter Alex Ross on Kingdom Come, which earned an Eisner Award for Best Limited Series. Waid enjoyed his greatest outpouring of critical acclaim with the Eisner Award-winning Daredevil — which included a revered collaboration with frequent artistic partner Chris Samnee. He later took on such diverse pop-cultural icons as Princess Leia and Archie, and ushered in a new era of greatness for Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in All-New, All-Different Avengers. His Marvel work continued with Avengers, Black Widow, Captain America, Champions and Doctor Strange.Marco Checchetto’s early contributions to revivals of Marvel Comics Presents and Squadron Supreme revealed him as one of the industry’s top new talents. Checchetto has made his mark on both the Marvel Universe — with runs on Amazing Spider-Man, Daredevil and Punisher — and a galaxy far far away with Star Wars: Obi-Wan and Anakin and the post-Return of the Jedi thriller Journey to Star Wars: The Force Awakens — Shattered Empire.Michael Lark has teamed with writer Ed Brubaker on DC’s Gotham Central and the noir Scene of the Crime, as well as adding a timeworn elegance to the World War II flashbacks in Captain America. But his work with Brubaker on Daredevil set new highs — not only for their collaborative efforts, but for the narrative tapestry of Marvel’s Man Without Fear.Serbian artist Mirko Colak made his Marvel debut on writer Jonathan Hickman’s Secret Warriors and then collaborated with Greg Pak on the critically acclaimed miniseries Red Skull: Incarnate. Among his other credits is Ron Marz’s Russian Sunset, published by Desperado.A product of the vibrant Filipino comic scene, Mico Suayan’s first Marvel gig was a high-profile run on Moon Knight following noted artist David Finch. Suayan’s gritty pencils meshed well with writer Charlie Huston’s dark tone, and led to him being tapped to illustrate the Dead of Night featuring Werewolf by Night miniseries. He has gone on to work on several series including Immortal Weapons, Thor Annual, Astonishing Spider-Man & Wolverine and the What If?: Annihilation and Thor: Rage of Thor one-shots.Italian artist Carmine Di Giandomenico drew Zeb Wells’ gritty Daredevil: Battlin’ Jack Murdock limited series and visualized the highly stylized, street-level suspense of Spider-Man Noir with writers David Hine and Fabrice Sapolsky. With writer Greg Rucka, he pitted Frank Castle against the Avengers in Punisher: War Zone, and with Nick Spencer he illustrated the adventures of James Rhodes in Iron Man 2.0. He later united with Peter David to deliver a fresh take on a familiar team in All-New X-Factor for All-New Marvel NOW! and Marc Guggenheim for the Secret Wars tie-in series X-Tinction Agenda.

Ron Marz broke into comics in the early '90s with a lengthy run on Marvel’s Silver Surfer, followed by a stint on DC’s Green Lantern, where he co-created Kyle Rayner. In 2000, Marz joined the creative team at CrossGen, working on Sojourn, Mystic, The Path and Scion, among others. He also had an acclaimed run on Top Cow’s Witchblade which lasted nearly a decade. He has recently returned to Marvel, writing Silver Surfer: Rebirth. The comic-art career of Scot Eaton stretches back to the early ’90s, with work on Doctor Fate and Scarab for DC Comics, as well as a brief tenure drawing Jim Starlin’s Dreadstar for First Comics. After a run illustrating Sigil for CrossGen, he worked steadily at Marvel. His credits include Rogue, Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man and Black Panther, most notably the wedding of Storm and T’Challa. He has been a stalwart of the X-Universe, drawing New Excalibur, several chapters of the “Endangered Species†saga, X-Factor, X-Men: Legacy and Wolverine: Origins. Other Marvel credits include Doomwar, Iron Man/Thor and Secret Avengers.Tom Morgan started his comics career at Marvel in the mid-1980s. He contributed inks, pencils and cover art to a variety of series, including several Spider-Man and New Universe titles. Morgan next illustrated short runs on Captain America, Power Pack and Alpha Flight, along with the miniseries The War and two Excalibur special editions. During the early 1990s, Morgan landed his first long-term assignment as penciler of Punisher 2099. He went on to illustrate several Iron Man issues, an Extreme Justice arc for DC Comics and Topps Comics’ licensed miniseries Xena: Warrior Princess vs. Callisto. In 2008, Morgan illustrated IDW’s comic biography Presidential Material: Barack Obama.John Buscema (1927-2002) literally wrote the book on being a Marvel artist — namely, How To Draw Comics the Marvel Way — and few were better qualified. His career dated back to the Timely/Atlas era of the late ’40s and early ’50s. Soon after beginning the Marvel Age of Comics, Stan Lee recruited Buscema from the advertising field to the Marvel Bullpen. Buscema followed a long run on Avengers with the long-anticipated first Silver Surfer series. He subsequently succeeded Jack Kirby on Fantastic Four, Thor and other titles. By the time of his retirement in 1996, Buscema had penciled nearly every Marvel title — including his personal favorite, Conan the Barbarian.

An award-winning critic and journalist, Kieron Gillen turned his attention to comics on titles including the critically lauded Phonogram with frequent creative partner Jamie McKelvie — as well as Thor, S.W.O.R.D. and Generation Hope. Gillen relaunched two longstanding Marvel series in Uncanny X-Men and Journey into Mystery before again teaming with McKelvie for an acclaimed take on Young Avengers. Gillen wrote Iron Man for Marvel NOW! — and he explored the galaxy far, far away in the pages of Darth Vader, Doctor Aphra and Star Wars. Gillen returned to Marvel with thoughtful runs on Immortal X-Men and Eternals.Writer Jason Aaron saw his early collaboration with artist Cameron Stewart on DC/Vertigo’s The Other Side named one of the Washington Post’s Best Comics of 2007. His next project, Scalped, garnered industry-wide praise and led to a guest spot on Wolverine, beginning Aaron’s long association with Logan on various titles, as well as the rest of Marvel’s merry mutants on books including X-Men: Schism, Wolverine & the X-Men and Amazing X-Men. Aaron rocked the Marvel Universe with Original Sin and unfolded a status-quo-shattering Asgardian epic across multiple Thor titles. He was the ideal choice to steer the Rebel crew of Star Wars into new adventures on the series’ return to Marvel, and he ushered in a new era for the publisher with Marvel Legacy. In the wake of that one-shot, he took on Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in a sprawling, multiversal run on Avengers; welcomed another iconic property back to the House of Ideas with Conan the Barbarian; and put Frank Castle in charge of the Hand in a shocking relaunch of Punisher.Working for the Marvel UK imprint led Spanish artist Salvador Larroca to a regular gig on Ghost Rider. He graduated to Fantastic Four, alongside one of his favorite writers, Chris Claremont. From 2000 to 2006, Larroca depicted Marvel’s mutants across Uncanny X-Men, X-Men and X-Treme X-Men. Following a stint on Amazing Spider-Man, Larroca brought his maturing style to a lengthy run on Invincible Iron Man and the X-Men: No More Humans original graphic novel. Upon the return of Star Wars to Marvel, Larroca turned to the dark side with Darth Vader before taking on the flagship Star Wars title.Artist Mike Deodato Jr. was already a renowned illustrator in his native Brazil when he got his big break in American comics in 1994, illustrating DC’s Wonder Woman. For Marvel, he drew such series as Avengers, Elektra, Spider-Man and Incredible Hulk. After refining his inimitable style on the creator-owned Jade Warriors, he returned to Marvel for a second turn on Incredible Hulk, with writer Bruce Jones, and a stint on J. Michael Straczynski’s Amazing Spider-Man. Deodato has forged an association with the Avengers on various titles — including collaborations with Brian Michael Bendis, Ed Brubaker and Jonathan Hickman — and demonstrated his superstar status on the event book Original Sin. Deodato joined writer Jeff Lemire in exploring one of Marvel's greatest villains in Thanos.

He subsequently became chief editor of the X-Men titles and wrote for multiple series, including a three-year run on Avengers. Graduating to editor in chief, he oversaw well-received runs of Captain America, Daredevil, Deadpool and other titles, as well as the controversial second Clone Saga in the 1990s’ Spider-Man titles. Harras has since worked as contributing editor at WildStorm and collected editions editor for DC Comics. In addition to runs on Marc Spector: Moon Knight, X-Man and various mutant titles, he wrote Avengers, Iron Man and several tie-in one-shots during the controversial “Crossing” storyline. His miniseries work includes Before the Fantastic Four: The Storms, Fury/Agent 13, Black Cat and Rise of Apocalypse. In 2004, he co-created Living in Infamy — a four-issue miniseries about a Witness Protection town for reformed super villains — which was published independently through Ludovico Technique. In 2006, Raab began working in New Media as a writer/web-content producer on such online series as Afterworld and Gemini Division. Since 2008, Raab — along with his writing partner, Deric A. Wieringo’s ability to translate dynamic action to the comic-book page made him uniquely suited to launch Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man in 2005 with writer Peter David. The son of industry pioneer Joe Kubert, Adam Kubert has won numerous comics-industry achievement awards — including an Eisner Award and a Wizard magazine award.
