esempio: @author Stan Lee
esempio: @artist John Romita
Jr.
@cover copertinista: cerca solo articoli di questo
copertinista. Per esempio: @cover Alex
Ross
@artista, @editore, @titolo (mentre @cover rimane uguale!)
grammaticalmente simili (Man/Men ad esempio).
articoli presentanti negli ultimi 30 / 90 giorni mentre @mese a quelli
presentati nel mese in corso e @YEAR all'ultimo anno (inteso come "gli
ultimi 365 giorni).
codice a barre.

Chris Warner is an American comic book writer, artist, and editor best known for his contributions to Dark Horse Comics. He is also known for his occasional work for both Marvel Comics and DC Comics.Kelly Sue DeConnick is the Eisner Award-nominated writer of Bitch Planet (Image), Pretty Deadly (Image), Captain Marvel (Marvel) and Osborn (Marvel) and got her start in the comics industry adapting Japanese and Korean comics into English. Five years and more than ten thousand pages of adaptation later, she transitioned to American comics with 30 Days of Night: Eben and Stella for Steve Niles and IDW. Work for Image, Boom, Oni, Humanoids, Dark Horse, DC, Vertigo and Marvel soon followed. Today DeConnick is best known for surprise hits like Carol Danvers's rebranding as Captain Marvel and the Eisner-nominated mythological western Pretty Deadly, the latter co-created with artist Emma Ríos. DeConnick's most recent venture, the sci-fi kidney-punch called Bitch Planet, co-created with Valentine De Landro, launched to rave reviews in December 2014. DeConnick lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, Matt Fraction, and their two children.Christopher Sebela is a two-time Eisner nominated writer of creator-owned comics such as Shanghai Red, Crowded, House Amok, High Crimes, We(l)come Back, Heartthrob, Dead Letters and properties like Captain Marvel, Fantastic Four, Aliens vs. Predator, Escape from New York, Kiss/Vampirella and other stuff. Sadly he has also become fairly well known as the experiencer and chronicler of a month spent living in a clown motel. The less said about this, the better.Amongst other things, he is a graphic designer, a smoker, queer, bearded, on brain medication, in deep want of an army of dogs and forever in search of caffeine. He was born in Chicago, lived in Kansas City and is currently residing in Portland, Oregon. He is not writing about himself in the third person, that would be weird. He's pretty sure he has you all totally fooled.Adam Hughes is an American comics artist and illustrator most commonly known for his stylized renderings of women; super heroines, damsels in distress, figures in fantasy. About the time Adam began making waves in art circles and his artwork really began to be noticed, the term "Good Girl Art" had been coined, and it best describes exactly what Adam does. He is considered by many to be one of a new generation of Good Girl artists inspired by Petty, Vargas and Elvgren. He is well known for his cover work on titles such as Wonder Woman and Catwoman.Phil Noto, a former Disney animator who worked on films including The Lion King and Pocahontas, started in comics with DC’s Birds of Prey and Jonah Hex, and DC/Wildstorm’s Danger Girl. For Marvel, he has worked on titles ranging from Black Widow to Uncanny X-Force, and he explored the Star Wars galaxy with Chewbacca and Poe Dameron. Wendy Pini was born Wendy Fletcher in San Francisco. Growing up on an isolated ranch in Gilroy, California, Wendy's imagination was fueled by all forms of fantasy and mythology. At an early age she began spinning her own tales of elves, monkey-gods, aliens and sorcerers. While her artistic talents were influenced by of turn-of-the-century illustrators, film and TV animation, her storytelling abilities evolved from a love of Shakespeare, Japanese history and legend, modern fantasy and the epic poetry of the Ramayana. In 1977, a deeply personal project called ELFQUEST was born. As the first continuing fantasy/adventure graphic novel series in America to be co-created, written and illustrated by a woman, ELFQUEST became a phenomenon in the comics industry. Appealing to comics and sci-fi/fantasy fans alike, it attracted a unique and unprecedented audience, an equal mix of male and female readers. Over three million copies of the collected graphic novel volumes have been sold to date.Richard Pini was born in 1950, in New Haven, Connecticut. He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), receiving a degree in astronomy and astrophysics. Always fan of science fiction, at college he found new diversion in comic books, and it was in the letters pages of “The Silver Surfer” in 1969 that he chanced upon a letter written by one Wendy Fletcher. A correspondence began, spanning a period of four years. The two eventually married in 1972, and Wendy embarked upon a career as an illustrator for sci-fi magazines. Richard’s degree in astronomy from MIT led Richard to a position at Boston’s Hayden Planetarium as lecturer, photographer, script writer, and special effects technician. In 2019, both Wendy and Richard were inducted into the Eisner Awards Hall of Fame for their lifetime achievements.

For once, instead of causing trouble, Zomboss is in trouble and needs help finding his missing dog! The twenty-fifth standalone Plants vs. Zombies graphic novel!Dr. Zomboss, the constant scourge of Neighborville and leader of the zombie army, needs help! While normally Patrice, Nate, Crazy Dave, and the plants wouldn’t be concerned at all, it’s his dog that's missing, and who wouldn’t want to help someone find their lost dog?! Of course, since it’s Zomboss, there’s no telling what could go wrong! And his dog may be the smartest one, for getting itself lost!Written by the brilliantly clever Paul Tobin and featuring gorgeous artwork by talented artist Christianne Gillenardo-Goudreau!
Paul Tobin is ranked fifteenth in “World’s Greatest Paul Tobins” and is steadily rising through the ranks through use of his prodigious literary talent, well-placed bribes, and conniving betrayals. He is the author of ALL the Plants vs. Zombies graphic novels, as well the Versus series of novels, the Heart Acres Webtoon, the award-winning Bandette series illustrated by his wife (the world’s #1 Colleen Coover!) and many oodles of other projects. He can be found online at paultobin.net, and he can be found in real life if you look in the mirror and say his name five times, unless he’s napping, because then you’re outta luck. (He’s usually napping.)CHRISTIANNE GILLENARDO-GOUDREAU is a comic artist and illustrator from Portland, Oregon. Her work has been featured in various anthologies and comics, including Beyond: A Queer Sci-Fi And Fantasy Anthology, Plants vs. Zombies: Rumble at Lake Gumbo, Plants vs. Zombies: Better Homes and Guardens, Plants vs. Zombies: Multi-ball-istic, Harrow County, and Dept.
